Little by little, Kim Kardashian -- as we used to know her -- is coming back.

Fur coats, brows done, fan selfies -- they're all creeping back into the reality show diva's regular schedule. Monday afternoon, we caught Kim out at Sev Laser in West Hollywood where she either got her brows done or maybe got a touch up on the ol' arms or maybe a Brazilian ... or maybe a three-fer! Let's be honest, people, Kim K's no blonde ...
