Damn girl!

Britney Spears still has her "Slave 4 U" body, and she proved it by posing in nothing but a sports bra and short shorts on a fence yesterday. "Blessed day!" she captioned the Instagram. More like blessed genes!

The pop princess has been doing almost daily workouts, and the results show! We're not sure we believe her when she says she gets in and out of the gym in good time, though.

"I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio -- usually running -- move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch," she recently told Women's Health.

It probably doesn't hurt that her hunky boyfriend Sam Asghari is a trainer, either!
