Shia LaBeouf's latest cinematic effort, Man Down, a film about a soldier returning from Afghanistan who suffers from PTSD, made $8.70 in England on opening day -- yep, just one person bought a ticket to the film playing in a single theater in London.
The manager of the theater says sales have tripled since The Hollywood Reporter published a story about the film flopping -- so, in other words, three tickets were then sold.
Man Down, co-staring Kate Mara, premiered in December in the US and raked in $454,490. Damn! Shia may want to go back to doing anti-Trump art installations -- he seems a bit more successful in that arena!
