Tyga was arrested early Wednesday morning after leaving Hollywood nightclub Avenue, after cops pulled him over for having paper license plates and suspected he was driving under the influence, TMZ reports.

The rapper was taken to the station, whereby authorities concluded no DUI was necessary and issued him a ticket for no driver's license and proof of insurance instead. He was released after about 90 minutes in custody.

He's still on a break with Kylie Jenner, and we bet this incident only added to her list of reasons for dumping him. He hasn't had an easy time with the law in recent years, after being sued by landlords and having cars repossessed for failing to make payments.
