The reality star bad boy hit the Fenty X Puma after party last night with Madison Beer, after spending time with ex Bella Thorne just one night earlier.

Beer is Justin Bieber's protegee, and we have to wonder if this is LD's way of getting revenge on The Biebs for hooking up with Kourtney Kardashian? Maddy is single after breaking things off with longtime boyfriend Jack Gilinksky and her brief fling with Brooklyn Beckham, and The Lord keeps himself notoriously unattached, so it's the perfect time for things to heat up between them!

It might be better if the father-of-three focused less on womanizing and more on his health, though! According to a new report, his hospitalization was caused by a medical issue he's been dealing with for over a decade!

"Scott started using drugs and alcohol as a way to escape from his problems. However, the more he continued to drink, the worse his other problem became," a source dished to Radar. "Kourtney and Scott know that the incident was caused by him not taking medications that he is prescribed. Scott was compliant with the hospital doctor’s orders and was released," the source added. Some rumors are swirling that he's bipolar, while others claim he's suffering from liver disease.

He needs to deal with his demons instead of avoiding them by hopping in the sack!
