Not the news you want around Christmas... or ever, for that matter.

Camille Grammar announced on Instagram today that she has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time, just four years after her battle with stage II endometrial cancer. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star recently discovered that she has skin cancer, but her outlook is optimistic.

"Thank you Dr. Beth karlan for removing those pesky cancer cells. You are Amazing! This is my second cancer diagnoses. Thank God We found it early. (squamous cell carcinoma) *Early detection is key. My cancer was removed and I’m resting at home. Ladies listen to your bodies. If something doesn’t seem right go for a checkup. Don’t put it off. Annual check ups are important. @cedarssinai @foundationforwomenscancer #cancerwarrior #cancer #cancerawerness," she captioned a photo of herself and her physician.

At least she has a wedding to look forward to! The reality star just got engaged to boyfriend David C. Meyer in October.

Get well soon, Camille!
