Donald Trump Jr. and Aubrey O'Day were reportedly trying to get pregnant during their yearlong affair in 2011, Us Weekly reports.

"Don told Aubrey he wanted to have a baby with her. They were trying for one," a source dished to the mag.

Even after the businessman called things off when his wife Vanessa when she discovered he was cheating with the Celebrity Apprentice star, he still had strong feelings for the Danity Kane singer.

"He’d call Aubrey and leave long voicemails telling her he still loved her over and over. He’d cry and say he was nervous his wife would take the kids away," the source added.

So how did the whole scandalous romance first begin?

"Things started up with Aubrey and Don Jr. toward the end of the taping. When it started, they were very serious all of a sudden. He told her it was over with his wife, that they were separated and he didn’t love her — all of that stuff … Aubrey fell for him hard. She thought they were going to be together for real," an insider revealed.
