Meeks shocked the world with his blue eyes and face tattoo when his mug shot made him famous back in 2014 -- then the world was shocked again when he was hired as a model and suddenly walking the runways of Paris and Milan -- then he shocked us all again when he started hooking up with one of the richest girls on the face of the planet, Chloe Green, in 2017.

Since then it's been a non-stop lovefest with almost daily proclamations of devotion from them both on social media.
