Kanye admitted on TMZ Live that he got addicted to powerful painkillers after he secretly underwent a liposuction procedure, and that ultimately contributed to his 2016 mental breakdown.

"I was drugged the f**k out, bro! I was on opioids... I was addicted to opioids. I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y'all. I got liposuction because I didn't want y'all to call me fat just like y'all did to Rob at the wedding and made him fly home before me and Kim got married. I didn't want y'all to call me fat so I got liposuction and they gave me opioids," he confessed.

When the Louis Vuitton Don tried to get off the pills when his dealer told him they "kill genius," he landed in the hospital and was eventually prescribed even more medication!

"I went for taking two pills to taking seven. The reason I dropped those tweets and everything, cause I was drugged the f*** out bro. Y'all have me scared, of myself, my vision so I took some pills so I wouldn't go to hospital and prove everyone right. We are drugged out. We are following other people's opinion.
