Just days after Ben Affleck took Shauna Sexton on a romantic getaway to Montana, and the actor has decided to call things off so that he can focus on rebuilding his life after rehab. Ouch!

"There was nothing to split from as it has been casual. He enjoyed being with her but is working on himself, and being together with her at this time is not something that works. He will date in the future, but for now his focus is on his sobriety, family and his next project," a source dished to People.

The pair started seeing each other in August, and she stuck by his side as he completed 40 days in an in-patient treatment facility for alcohol addiction.

All types of crazy rumors had been swirling about their relationship in recent weeks. Some reports claimed Ben was preparing to propose, while others said that the Playboy model was making arrangements to formally move in to his $20 million Pacific Palisades mansion.

We caught Ben heading to a meeting with his sober coach this morning and he was all smiles, but we caught Shauna going to volunteer at a dog shelter and she seemed pretty down in the dumps. Jen Garner, meanwhile, looked happier than she has in years as she ran errands around her LA neighborhood.
