Congrats! Carrie Underwood and hubby Mike Fisher and their 3-year-old son Isaiah welcomed baby #2 -- a boy, Jacob Bryan Fisher -- on Monday. The happy couple took the Instagram to share the happy news and pix are ADORABLE!

In one shot, the Nashville Predators, 38, player holds baby Jacob and in another, son Isaiah has his baby brother on his lap as he sits in a chair. Meanwhile, Carrie, 35, posted a natural shot of her cuddling her newborn with a fresh, no-makeup face. The country music star's scar was barely visible (just saying, since Carrie's scar ALWAYS has to be mentioned).

Underwood had suffered three miscarriages -- so the caption on her Instagram birth announcement had special meaning: "Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday...his mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!
