Is Kanye West finally on his way to realizing his dream of being "one of the biggest real estate developers of all time?" Seems so!

The rapper-artist-designer-conceptualist met with a partner at his Calabasas studio and discussed his inspiration board for Yeezy Home -- talking social-impact design for prefabricated concrete homes that Ye envisions as the housing of the future. West is also planning a 5-home community on a 300-acre tract he owns in in the tony San Fernando Valley neighborhood.

Kanye's initial renderings were released last summer after his now infamous interview with Charlamagne The God, in which he claimed he basically be the next Donald Trump ...

The designs were a collaboration with some architecture students who envisioned a concrete pre-fab home for the masses -- a low-cost living design that coincided with Kanye Tweeting, "We’re starting a Yeezy architecture arm called Yeezy home. We’re looking for architects and industrial designers who want to make the world better.”

A better world, indeed! Ye's taking this seriously -- he was burning the midnight oil Monday night, again at his studio to work his design process. Hey, if anyone can do it, Kanye can!
