We have NO IDEA what's going on, but Justin Bieber has an IV in his arm! The singer was back at a Cedars Sinai clinic in Beverly Hills Thursday after a visit just the day before and this time he left with an intravenous drip in his arm, connected to some kind of fluid in a bag he was carrying. What's this FOR?!

The night before, Justin and wife Hailey were at Hillsong service together, but left separately -- as they did the week before. What gives?! Are Justin and Hailey even living together???
