Some people say Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's over-the-top PDA is a PR stunt just to get the two an INSANE amount of press coverage but the "Senorita" duo isn't havin' it!

Mendes denied these crazy rumors to a paparazzo at LAX, on Thursday, saying, "It's definitely not a publicity stunt." When asked if the two have used the "L" word yet, Shawn goes silent and eventually ends the impromptu interview with an, "All right, buddy, have a good one."

Meanwhile, we spotted Camila at the airport, too -- both jetting out of town on the same day, different times, different airport. Camila was headed to Las Vegas from Burbank Airport's Jet Suite X terminal and Shawn was headed south to Brazil from LAX.
