Jeff Bezos recently made a big splash in the real estate world when the Amazon owner purchased the Warner estate in Bel Air for a whopping $165 million. The sprawling compound was built in 1937 by Jack L. Warner, one of the founders of Warner Bros. Music and film mogul David Geffen was the previous owner of the compound which features a 13,600 square foot mansion, a tennis, court, pool, and two guest houses.
