Jennifer Garner can't wait for new dream home to be completed! In January of last year the 48-year-old actress bought a new plot of land in Brentwood for $7.9 million and tore down the existing home to rebuild her own mansion. The house, which is in the vicinity of NBA star LeBron James' home, is being designed by renowned architect Steve Giannetti, who also designed Michelle Pfeiffer's mansion.
