The comedian appeared relaxed as she enjoyed some fresh air, opting for a low-key look and going without makeup for the daytime outing.
Griffin's casual appearance comes after she opened up about undergoing her third facelift, being unusually candid about both the work she had done and the eye-popping price tag. The 65-year-old revealed that the procedure cost $218,000, joking about how many comedy shows she would have to perform to cover the bill.
The extensive procedure was performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei and included an upper-eyelid procedure featuring what Griffin described as a "cat eye stitch," along with work around her chin. She has also discussed having a fat transfer using liposuction from her thigh as part of the procedure.
Griffin has been unusually open about her cosmetic procedures, explaining that she wanted to be transparent about having work done rather than pretend her appearance was entirely untouched. She has previously spoken publicly about her first facelift in 1998 and said she hoped her openness would encourage other public figures to be more honest about cosmetic surgery.
