Angelina Jolie has officially said goodbye to one of her most iconic Los Angeles properties -- and she's handing the keys to none other than Madonna!

The Oscar-winning actress has sold the historic Cecil B. DeMille estate in the exclusive Laughlin Park enclave of Los Feliz for $24.75 million, nearly a decade after purchasing the storied property.

Jolie bought the estate for approximately $24.5 million in 2017, shortly after filing for divorce from Brad Pitt. She later put the legendary property on the market this year for a much loftier $29.85 million, before ultimately settling on the $24.75 million sale price.

The sprawling estate is certainly worthy of its Hollywood history. The approximately 11,000-square-foot residence sits on 2.1 acres and boasts six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, giving Madonna plenty of room to make the legendary home her own.

Now, the former home of Hollywood royalty is officially heading into a new era with one of pop music's biggest icons as its latest owner.
