UPDATE: On Friday morning, a New York Supreme Court Friday judge denied Kesha's request for a preliminary injunction, which would temporarily nullified her contract with Sony Records and Dr. Luke, the man she says raped her when she was 18.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich ruled in favor of keeping the contract valid, explaining that Sony would suffer irreparable harm if Kesha didn't abide by the contract which states that she is obligated to make six more albums with the record company.

Kesha flew into out of LAX on Thursday, the day before her New York court hearing in her ongoing lawsuit against super producer Dr. Luke. For her flight from the City of Angels to the Big Apple, a curly haired Kesha donned a plaid miniskirt, white blouse and beige capelet. Clearly, Kesha has been keeping herself in fine form as she's been gearing up for Friday's court date.

On Thursday, Kesha posted on Instagram, "I have nothing left to hide. I did this because the truth was eating away my soul and killing me from the inside. this is not just for me. this is for every woman, every human who has ever been abused. sexually. emotionally. mentally. I had to tell the truth. so the outcome will be what it will be. there's nothing left I can do. it's just so scary to have zero control in your fate. but this is my path this life for whatever reason.... #Friday."

In 2014, the big-voiced singer filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke, claiming that he'd sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused her for a decade.

The 42-year-old then filed a countersuit in which he claimed Kesha and her mother Pebe Sebert were attempting to extort him in order for Kesha to be released from her long-term recording contract and to give her publishing rights to her music.

Earlier this month, Kesha got some good news when New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich granted a motion to dismiss Luke's claims against Pebe because there was no jurisdiction over her. Dr. Luke also filed a similar suit against Pebe in Tennessee, and that is still active.

The judge also dismissed Dr. Luke's claim that Kesha's manager Jack Rovner had interfered in his business relationship with Kesha. The judge determined that his actions were in the scope of his authority since he was her manager.

Khloe Kardashian has always been fiercely protective of troubled brother Rob Kardashian, but when he went public with his romance with Blac Chyna she kicked him out of her Calabasas mansion. It looks like she's regretting that harsh decision, though, because she just posted a throwback photo of the two of them with a public declaration of her love for her sibling.

"It's simple..... I miss you," she captioned the snapshot. This is so sad!

When the Arthur George sock designer and the stripper came out as couple, the Kardashian clan was furious, due to the fact that she's the family nemesis and is Kylie's boyfriend Tyga's baby mama. However, it appears as if they are slowly softening their stance, since Rob appears to be coming out of his depression and attempting to get healthy and lose the weight since finding love.

It's just nice to see Rob happier than he's been in years!

Something does not sound right! After backing out of the Grammys at the very last minute, Rihanna has now announced that she's postponed the start of her "Anti" world tour, which was supposed to debut next weekend.

The show was slated to kick off on Friday, February 26, at San Diego's Viejas Arena, but has been pushed back to start on March 12 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Riri has moved back her first eight shows in San Jose, Phoenix, Texas, New Orleans and Atlanta. The shows have been moved from March to May due to "production delays," according to the singer's reps.

This bold move comes on the heels of Rihanna's disappointing fans on Monday when she pulled out of the Grammys a half hour before the show was slated to start due to "bronchitis."

A statement from Rihanna explained, "Based on Rihanna's examination, after Grammy rehearsal today, Rihanna's doctor put her on vocal rest for 48 hours because she was at risk of hemorrhaging her vocal cords. The antibiotics she has been on for three days did not kill the infection adequately, therefore she cannot perform safely."

We can't even remember the last time we saw Rob Kardashian this happy! Could it be because he's finally found love with girlfriend Blac Chyna, or is it because they just got their own reality show greenlit?

Rob went to physical therapy on Thursday, and after that he met up with Blac for a business meeting in West Hollywood. Rumor has it the duo were discussing the details of their upcoming reality TV show, and seeing as they spent hours inside the office, we have to wonder if they sealed the deal!

We're not sure if the photo below were taken during the meeting or after, but it looks like these two can't keep their hands off of each other. Rob posted the smoochy photos on Snapchat, and earlier in the week he captioned one of his Instagram photos, "Progress = Happiness." We love the new side of Rob!

Not only has he found romance, but Rob has reportedly been busting his butt the gym too. A source told E! News that Rob has been "taking better care of himself since his health scare" and Chyna is helping him continue along that path. Aww!

Kim Kardashian went to the Epione skincare salon in Beverly Hills on Thursday, and she showed off her sexy curves (and her skintight braids) when she left following a beauty treatment.

While Kim hasn't had much to say about hubby Kanye West's Twitter meltdowns over the last week, she's pretty annoyed about it -- but she is still sticking by his side, according to a source for People.

"They're incredibly supportive of one another, not only publicly, but privately as well," the insider told the mag. "Kim has a unique understanding of him, probably in a deeper way than anybody else in the world. She's understanding of the way that he operates." But...

"What causes friction in the marriage, however, is Kanye's compulsive tweeting," the source added. "Kim can't stand it. She is all for self-promotion, but doesn't approve of Twitter drama."

Rob Kardashian seems to be shedding the weight!

The 28-year-old was spotted going to physical therapy on Thursday. We know the under-the-radar celeb has diabetes due to his weight issues, so perhaps he's tacking that in his sessions.

For the appointment, Rob donned a baseball cap, oversized sweatshirt, sweat pants and a pair of Yeezy Boosts. He's definitely lost some weight!

It's possible that this romance with Blac Chyna really is a good thing! We've seen more of the reclusive former reality star in the past two weeks than we have in the past two years!

Kristen Stewart does not look like she's in a good mood!

The brooding actress touched down at LAX on Wednesday night and was looking nonplussed about the whole experience.

True to form, the 25-year-old actress was dressed like a teenage boy, wearing a backwards baseball cap, loose denim and a hoodie.

In the new issue of AnOther magazine, the Twilight Saga star talked about disapproving of how celebrities air their "comic book" lifestyles to the media.

The surly star told the publication, "People who are interested in selling a life as if it's a comic book story? It's just money, money, money, money. It's just bullsh*t distraction, and a lot of people make a lot of money on that, because we wanna get distracted."

Stewart says she wish she could just let go and dance it out.

"I danced the other night, and it felt so f--kin' good. And it's so not like me. I envy people like that so much. I'm pretty physical, but I really need to let myself go. Honestly, I just wish I could f--kin' dance more. That's all," she revealed.

We doubt the I Am Cait star's daughters Kendall and Kylie are going to care if she's cramping their business style, because they're currently celebrating having the #1 app on the Apple app store. Their mobile game shot straight to the top of the charts the day it made its debut, and based on what Kimmy K made off Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, we'd say that translates into a pretty penny for Kris Jenner's youngest offspring.

We guess this whole family will do anything to make a buck!
