Who woulda ever thought that 1) Simon Cowell would be a dad and 2) that he'd be so skinny!

I mean, he wasn't really that overweight, but he's super slim now! No dad bod for this dad -- though he does like his beer. Check out him leaving Nobu Malibu the other night with a beer in hand. Don't worry, he wasn't driving!

The America's Got Talent/X Factor/American Idol judge is enjoying the last days of summer in Malibu with baby mama Lauren Silverman and his son Eric. The mini-me 5-year-old strolled along with his parents, shopping and reading about sharks. Coming off of Shark Week 2019, we imagine the young lad has a fascination with the scary fish ... and we don't blame him!

So back to Simon ... the impetus for his weight loss? A 2017 health scare in which his blood pressure dipped so low he passed out and fell down the stairs in his home! After that, he went vegan, though he admits to still eating some fish (hence Nobu and sushi) and he says he still enjoys the national drink of England ... beer! "Once you get used to it, it's easier," he told The Sun. "You feel better, my memory is better. So I didn’t find it difficult. I can still have beer, so I’m happy." Happy, indeed!

Justin Bieber gave us a gift yesterday ... shirtless hiking -- a gift to the world!

The Biebs was with a pal, working up a sweat on the side of the mountain as he stretched and showed off some impressive yoga moves, flaunting his flexibility. The mustache, the Fear of God cap, the saggy shorts with Calvin Kleins ... we just can't.

And then it got even better -- we're seriously not sure what's hotter -- Justin or his new PINK Lamborghini Urus SUV! Actually, Justin wins :)

While the parents are away, the babies will play! While Kim and Kanye are in Dayton, Ohio for the tribute to victims of that city's mass shootings, they left daughter Chicago and son Psalm with the nannies and the kids hooked up with cuz Storm over the weekend for a playdate in the park!

Little Chicago wore a long-sleeve bathing suit so she could play in the water, while baby Stormi had on a matching suit and jelly shoes. Little Psalm stayed wrapped up in a blanket despite the weather being in the high 80s.

Two nannies were surrounded by bodyguards, drawing a bit of attention in the usually low-key park. Chicago's Kim look-alike nanny watched over the little tyke as Chi watched fish in a small pond. The whole gang then enjoyed a picnic snack, sitting on a blanket together.

Meanwhile, Kim, Kanye, Nori, and Saint flew to Dayton for Dave Chappelle's tribute concert event -- Kanye performed his Sunday Service in the devastated city, along with performances by Stevie Wonder and Bruce Springsteen. And Kylie's recovering from a quick trip to Vegas with bestie Sofia Richie to celebrate her pal's birthday ... and they didn't get home until 4:45am! Kim, Kanye, and kids returned from Ohio by private jet Sunday night. Bet Kimye missed their little treasures!

Justin was NOT in the mood last week as the couple went for counseling in Beverly Hills with Hillsong pastor Carl Lentz. Interesting, they brought along their friend and mentor who also happens to be their spiritual advisor and is, apparently, helping them with some pre-marital counseling ahead of the couple's Sept. 30 wedding date.

Justin gave us the bird going in ... and Hailey looked positively devastated on the way out. And her look had nothing to do with us -- something really emotional and difficult wen down during their session, clearly.

Kanye West lead his Sunday Service in front of thousands of mourners gathered in Dayton, Ohio to honor those who died in a mass shooting earlier this month. Along with Dave Chappelle, Stevie Wonder, Chris Rock and more, Kanye participated in the day's events to try to help heal the community and bring closure, but also to move forward and prevent these horrible human catastrophes from continuing to occur.

Kim Kardashian attended with daughter North and son Saint. She Tweeted a link to the livestream, which you can see below. Chappelle thanked Ye for his support: "Dayton, today the whole world is looking at you,” and we are "still standing. We’re still strong and the only way — the best way, that we can honor our fallen is by getting up better than we were before. We will not let those people die in vain ... Thank you very much Kanye for coming out here man."

When you're Sofia Richie and your dad is Lionel Richie and your boyfriend is Scott Disick and your bestie is Kylie Jenner, this is what your 21st birthday celebration looks like!

It starts with a private jet to Las Vegas, a high-roller penthouse suite at the Wynne Resort & Casino, then a pool party in your honor with life-sized cardboard cut-outs of YOU, DJ'ing by Alesso at the Encore Beach Club, then on to XS Nightclub with a performance by The Chainsmokers.

Then, at 4:45am, you post to your Instagram Story, "And it’s over people," as you board your private jet back to LA wearing boyfriend Scott's Talentless sweats like the ones you've gifted to your ride-or-dies who braved Vegas with you to celebrate 21.

A rescheduled concert date after Mick Jagger's emergency heart surgery, the Rolling Stones are still alive and kicking! Though memories may be fading a bit, they still know how to start up a concert with "Start Me Up." Jagger said to the crowd on Thursday night, "It’s been 25 years since we played the Rose Bowl! And it’s been 55 years since we first played L.A.!” Uh ...

Fellow aging rockers were in attendance including Billy Idol, with his kids Willem Wolf and Bonnie Blue, Bruce Springsteen, Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx and others. Robert Downey, Jr. opening the gig with this scientific tribute -- announcing the nearby Jet Propulsion Lab had named a rock on Mars after the band: "While landing on the red planet’s surface [the InSight spacecraft] displaced a rock that rolled a fair distance in view of its onboard cameras.” Get it? Rolling Stone. Jagger followed: "I want to bring it back and put it on our mantelpiece."

And so they roll on ... how much longer Jagger, Richards, and gang will be able to deliver as they roll into their late 70s is anyone's guess for for now, the show goes on!

How many outfits can a girl wear in one day?! If you're Hailey Baldwin, at least 4 or 5!

The model wore an adorable lime green gingham-checked ensemble with neon Off-White Nikes on the way in and a bright peach oversized blazer with baggy jeans and a cinched, belly-bearing top. Both cute!

Hailey's been ramping up visits to her stylist's showroom now that she and Justin Bieber have set their wedding date for Sept. 30. Obviously there are lots of fashion moments that'll happen - travel to South Carolina, rehearsal dinner, days of golf and being on the lake, of course the wedding dress and reception dress and then the day after. So much to think about!

Meanwhile, Hailey and bestie Kendall Jenner were seen boarding a private jet just after these photos were shot -- believed to be on their way to Idaho's Gozzer Ranch where both ladies vacationed separately recently and where it's believed they're celebrating Hailey's bachelorette!
