Jennifer Garner doesn't have a care in the world -- and she also seems to be spending a lot of time at the gym! You know what that means ... revenge bod time!

On Saturday the 43-year-old actress, who split from husband Ben Affleck this summer, hit the gym in Los Angeles. Not only did she flash X17 photographers a sweet smile, but her figure is looking better than ever.

So where's Ben been? Apparently he's still spending a lot of time at the family home, which the couple just listed for sale for $45 million. Affleck has been reportedly been dividing his time between that residence and a nearby rental, and "has been since the split," a source tells People.

"Nothing has changed," another source tells the mag. "They are working together and are keeping it amicable. This is something they have been working on for over a year – and they continue to be strong unit."

Chris Martin headed to Malibu on Friday with son Moses in tow, and it looks like it was a boys only adventure!

Moses brought a friend along for the fun, and with temps soaring into the 90s in southern California this week, they certainly picked the perfect way to spend their day. Maybe Chris' daughter Apple was having some bonding time with her mom this weekend?

Last month Chris' ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow took Moses and Apple to watch Chris' concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and she posted a pic of the kids and sweetly referred to her ex-hubby as her "baby daddy."

Chris and Gwynnie split in March 2014 after 10 years of marriage, but it is good to see that they're able to amicably co-parent.

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for public intoxication in Austin, Texas on Friday evening.

The 28-year-old actor was booked for misdemeanor public intoxication, according to local news station KVUE. "Due to pending adjudication, no further details will be released at this time," the Austin Police Department said in a statement.

LaBeouf was in town for the Austin City Limits music festival, and he was arrested outside of a local bar. According to TMZ, the star reportedly jaywalked in front of police officers, and the website also has video of LaBeouf being cuffed and taken to the booking station.

In June 2014 LaBeouf was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after interrupting a Broadway production of Cabaret. The actor was arrested by New York police for using obscene language, spitting at an officer and refusing to leave the show. Last year he agreed to seek alcohol abuse treatment as part of a settlement related to a Broadway incident. Maybe it's time to revisit that...

And no, Kylie wasn't behind the wheel!

On Friday night Kylie Jenner and Tyga went to 1Oak in Los Angeles for a the owner's birthday party, and as always the two caused quite a bit of chaos. Tyga performed at the private event, but it was off to a wild start before the duo even walked through the door!

Tyga and his 18-year-old lady love arrived at the event in his brand new $320,000 Rolls Royce, and as they were waiting to turn into the venue's parking lot, another Rolls Royce smacked into the back of their car. Seriously... #hollywoodproblems.

The second Rolls Royce scraped the rear right side of Tyga’s pricey car, and while neither Tyga nor Kylie were hurt, it does seem like the rapper might want to take his whip to the shop to get the scratches buffed out...or perhaps a new bumper? Yikes!

Kylie wore a full face of makeup (guess Tyga got lucky last night!) and a sexy spandex suit, but Tyga didn't do the best parking job, as she was practically in the bushes when she got out of the car:

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West jetted out of Los Angeles on Friday and headed to San Francisco, where they will be meeting with President Obama and participating in the Democratic fundraiser this evening.

The event, which will also include a performance by West, will take place at the Warfield Theatre. It is open to an all ages audience, with tickets ranging from $250 for general admission to $10,000 for VIP access. Kim tweeted, "Kanye is performing for President Obama @barackobama in San Fran on 10/10. Come hang out with us!" $250 and all ages doesn't really go hand in hand, now does it?

Shortly after the family landed in SF, they met up with Serena Williams, and everyone was in a great mood. We even snapped Yeezy giving his 2-year-old daughter a sweet smooch on the cheek. Awww!
