Is police assistance really necessary?

Caitlyn Jenner and her assistant pal Rhonda Kamihara stepped out to catch a screening of Mission Impossible at a movie theater in Agoura last night, and upon their exit, the transgender reality star decided she needed the help of a sheriff to deal with the photographers waiting to take her pic. Don't flatter yourself, Cait! This is what you get for making your personal life public on a reality show!

The attention on the Olympian isn't going to dwindle anytime soon either now that I Am Cait has reportedly been renewed for a second season. With the spotlight focused on her for the better part of this year, it's no wonder she's the latest celeb to be skewered on South Park!

The cartoon poked fun at the Vanity Fair cover girl on last night's episode, and took the opportunity to make light of the fatal car crash she was involved in earlier this year on PCH. Good thing it sounds like Kris Jenner's ex isn't going to end up facing manslaughter charges for it, or else this wouldn't be so funny!

It looks like seeing their grandmother wasn't the only reason the Kardashian ladies were in San Diego on Monday night. Kim, Khloe and Kris had a late night meet up with Dr. Paul Nassif from Botched at Pathway Genomics, a company that provides genetic testing for somatic and hereditary cancer.

Earlier in the night, the gals hit up George's at The Cove to have a belated birthday dinner with their grandmother Mary Jo. But after the dinner, the women jetted over to the other side of town for a more somber occasion.

Pathway Pathway Genomics list a number of services including tests for BRCA1, which is a gene mutation that causes a high likelihood of breast and ovarian cancer. TMZ is reporting that the sisters were at the location to test for the gene mutation, as well as to test for heart disease and diabetes. 

Let's hope the results turn out well!

Rob Kardashian sent the Internet into a frenzy by sharing personal texts with Chris Brown's ex Karrueche Tran on his Instagram account late last night, and almost as soon as he posted them he took them down. Clearly he didn't realize he was going to get so much attention... or did he?

It seems the gorgeous model was sending him selfies, as you can clearly see her name "Karroooooochieeee" entered into his phone. "I like when she send me pictures," the reality star captioned the snapshot. Why else would you send some a selfie unless you were banging them?! You wouldn't!

Kimmy K's little bro then changed the caption in order to clarify the nature of their relationship, but we're not buying it! ""Yall dumb af. I been Friends with Karoooooch since high school. F**k outta here with your negative s**t," he vented.

Hey, at least her name starts with a K! It's perfect - Karrueche Kardashian has a nice ring to it!

Britney Spears played along for a ridiculously hilarious sketch on Neil Patrick Harris' new variety show Best Time Ever last night by pretending to interview potential new bodyguards, and the pop princess was pretty darn convincing!

The singer was prompted by NPH and guest Joe Jonas to say stuff like, "Hi it's Britney bitch!" and other obnoxious one liners, and the beefy wannabe security dudes actually took most of it in stride! The "Slave For U" songstress also juggled, played musical chairs, and quizzed them on their strengths in the clip.

We couldn't love this more!

The aging star might be trying to get in shape for his upcoming role! The eccentric leading man is set to play a gay rugby player from Ireland in a film tentatively titled Irish Thunder.

He might want to consider getting a more masculine sparring outfit!

Showing some serious skin, the former Glee star stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live talked about her new show Scream Queens and what it's like to wear a neck brace in every episode.

For the fun-filled appearance, the big-voiced celeb donned a plunging orange dress from Australian label Bec & Bridge -- and Jimmy could barely keep his eyes off of it!

After months of teasers, Scream Queens finally debuted last night and viewers couldn't seem to get enough.

On Ryan Murphy's new horror/comedy show, Lea plays neck-brace wearing sorority hopeful Hester Ulrich, which is quite a departure from type-A diva Rachel on Glee. The story revolves around Wallace University's most popular sorority, Kappa House, which was rocked by a mysterious death two decades before. Yet again another murder takes place and all hell breaks loose. Film veteran Jamie Lee Curtis takes on the role of Dean Cathy Munsch, who demands that exclusive sorority must allow all students to pledge, not just the wealthy and elite. The sorority's leader Chanel Oberlin (Emma Roberts) is less than thrilled about letting in the motley crew of sisters -- but complies. Unfortunately all goes horribly wrong!

Too many A-listers in one flick! Our head is spinning!

Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt, Christian Bale, and Steve Carrell star in the upcoming film The Big Short, and based on this trailer, we have a feeling there is going to be an Oscar nomination or two when the Academy Awards roll around.

The Hollywood hunks play guys that accurately predict the late 2000s recession, despite high powered Wall St. executives doubting their findings. The flick is directed by Adam McKay and written by Michael Lewis, who penned Moneyball and The Blind Side.

The Big Short hits theaters on December 23 and it's bound to dominate the Christmas box office!

Day trippin' with (almost) the whole fam!

Kim and Khloe Kardashian joined Kris Jenner on an excursion to San Diego to visit her mother MJ today, and the ladies brought along Kourtney's kids Mason and Penelope to spend some quality time with their great grandmother. Kourt is away vacationing in Montana with some gal pals, but it appears her sisters have no problem babysitting. After their drop-by, E!'s favorite family grabbed dinner in the area before heading back home. Naturally, reality show cameras were rolling for the whole thing!

Poor Kimmy K is starting to look downright uncomfortable as she nears the end of her second pregnancy, but we have to hand it to her for working nonstop and fulfilling all of her commitments, regardless of her impending due date.

Meanwhile, Kylie apparently couldn't be bothered to tag along, as she was too busy Snapchatting and posting sexy selfies by her swimming pool in Calabasas. Talk about priorities!
