We guess they're finally pulling the plug!
Khloe Kardashian and estranged husband Lamar Odom have finally signed divorce papers to end their marriage, and apparently the NBA star was motivated to end it because of the reality star's new romance with James Harden.
"They saw each other when she was in Vegas and both signed the divorce documents together," a source told Us Weekly. "Lamar was really hurt and felt like Khloe had no respect for him after she was out in public with James Harden. He just kept seeing her with different guys and that was it for him. French was at least a relationship but here she was with another guy," the source added.
Apparently Lam Lam had enough with the in between stage!
"He finally came to his senses and told her he wanted out and signed the papers. He confronted her about James and she went to Vegas to see him while she was out there with James and they got it done. He just wanted out," an insider revealed.
The pair tied the knot after dating for just one month in September 2009, and split in December 2013.
You'd think after her controversial "Blurred Lines" performance in 2013, Miley Cyrus would be banned from the VMAs for life ... but think again. The unruly singer just announced on Instagram that she wouldn't be performing at this year's VMAs -- because she's hosting!
Along with a snap of Miley looking like an alien about to go green screen, the "Wrecking Ball" singer wore a sign saying, "MTV won't let me perform ... so I'm hosting this year's VMAs."
Taylor Swift got nine nominations, including Best Female Video, Best Collaboration, and Best Video Effects. Ed Sheeran nabbed six nods, while Beyonce landed five noms. All three are up for the Video of the Year and Best Pop Video categories.
Those three superstars and the rest of music's biggest names will be vying to take home their own Moonman on Aug. 30 at 9 pm.

Girl's got some balls!
Charlize Theron made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel last night, and admitted that she's still not proud of making an inappropriate remark to President Obama last time they were both on the show.
Apparently, POTUS told the actress that he enjoyed reaching a younger demographic on the talk show, and that's when she decided to let the jokes fly. "Well, if you're looking for a different demographic, I can take you to a strip club," she told the world's most powerful man.
Apparently, the South African stunner can't help herself when she gets nervous!
"I have this thing when I'm nervous that I will say something really inappropriate and it's like tourettes. I don't know how to stop it. It's like verbal diarrhea. He waited to meet me. Everything had stopped around his world to meet me and it was just a lot of pressure," she added.

Caitlyn Jenner is nabbing all sorts of top honors this week! Besides the ESPY's Arthur Ashe Courage Award, the Olympian got a top nod by being named one of Vogue's best dressed women of the week. An award for courage is one thing -- but what ever gal wants is recognition for her sense of style! Nice one, Caitlyn!
The reality star nabbed the number two spot, coming in after Olivia Palermo, after her bewitching the world at the ESPY Awards with her stunning cream Versace gown. The list also named Tilda Swinton and Israeli-Italian journalist Rula Jebreal on their stylish list.
We aren't surprised to hear that Caitlyn got top honors from Vogue. The mag has been in bed with the Kardashians ever since Kimbo's controversial (yet best-selling) cover last year.
While the world and the fashion bible may be praising Caitlyn for her fashion choices, the 65-year-old still has some insecurities.
In a blog for WhoSay, Cailtyn wrote, “While I felt like I looked great and that the gown looked fabulous, I still have a voice issue. It’s not quite right compared to my feminine appearance. That bothers me a little bit. However, I hope that people don’t listen to the pitch of my voice, but listen to what I have to say. That’s important to me."

Scott Disick's hard-partying ways are far from over. The father of three isn't about to slow his roll, taking to Instagram to announce some upcoming Las Vegas club appearance. Classy move from a classy guy!
Despite a suspicious video being posted online of Scott near a powdery substance with a scantily clad woman, the posted an announcement confirming a club appearance on his Instagram. “Headed to Vegas this Friday - enter to win a trip and meet me at @1OAKLV!,†Kourtney Kardashian’s ex wrote on the social media account yesterday.
This is the party boy's first trip back to the City of Sin since he was snapped getting frisky with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in the South of France, causing partner Kourtney to finally kick him to the curb.
The Lord cancelled a few events (got some partying done at home) but it appears as though he's back to club appearances.
The 1OAK appearance is a rescheduled event, which was originally set to take place on July 10. The people of the Internet were so outraged that the cheating dad would make an appearance so soon after getting caught -- that Scotty postponed the event -- but only for two weeks!

Well that was quick!
A mere hours after announcing their split, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have finalized their divorce, Us Weekly reports.
The country couple confirmed they'd split on Monday morning but the duo actually filed documents months ago in Oklahoma. Usually a couple announces their break up and then officially divorce months down the road. But not for these two! Today, the judge sign off on the divorce.
"This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter," the estranged spouses said in a statement to the Associated Press.
There won't be any nasty spats about money, as the pair had a very specific prenup in place. The blonde songstress gets the family home in Nashville, while The Voice judge gets their ranch in Oklahoma.
No word on what went wrong, It is rumored that Blake was the one who moved to end their four year marriage. Some have accused Shelton of having a wandering eye, but a source close to the country boy tells People those rumors are simply not true. "Blake is just that incredibly loyal and dedicated husband. I can guarantee you he has been faithful to that woman," said the source.
We have a feeling that this isn't the last we will hear about country music's biggest split!

Kourtney Kardashian looks like she's having a bummer of a day. But we know the truth -- she' having a bummer of a month!
Just days after her split from baby daddy Scott Disick, Kourt was out and about in Beverly Hills, looking miserable on Monday. Yeesh. That ain't a happy Kardashian!
Wearing her hair down and covering her face (a la creepy chick in The Ring), the mom of three donned a pair of ripped jeans and a t-shirt that reads, "Native." The 36-year-old was alone for her jaunt to trendy boutique Trico Field this afternoon. We hope she got some goodies that put a smile on her face (and maybe pull back that hair).
We can't blame her for being in a bad mood -- we'd be in a bad mood too if we broke up with our partner and within days he was partying with a bunch of scantily clad babes at his new bachelor pad.
Hopefully a little retail therapy (and some real therapy) can turn that frown upside down!

We love how her story is unfolding!
Caitlyn Jenner made history when she accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage award at last Sunday's ESPYs, and now the transgender reality star is opening up about the momentous occasion in her life in a new WhoSay blog post.
The E! star explained how Donatella Versace personally called and asked to dress her, and revealed how nervous she was to take the stage in a gown. "Of course I was nervous about tripping as I walked up to the stage! That gown was long and tough. Abby Wambach actually helped me up to make sure I didn't trip. She did a great job with the introduction and I want to thank her for doing that. She was so excited. I told her beforehand, 'Abby, we have to have this picture of the two of us up there on stage – you in a tux and me in a Versace gown. THAT is the picture of the ESPYs right there.' When I came up on stage, we stood there, held hands, and took a little bow. It was fun. It kind of lightened things up a bit," she said.
Even more frightening for Cait was reading the speech off the teleprompter, because she grew up with dyslexia.
"Reading my speech off of the teleprompter was a whole other story. As I was a dyslexic kid, my biggest fear in life was to go in front of the class and read because I just wasn't very good at it – and that stays with you through your whole life. That's why all of my speaking engagements through the years have been always off-the-cuff. I'm better off getting up there knowing what I'm going to say and doing it. But at the ESPYs, I really had to stick to the prompter because I only had a certain number of minutes to make it right, to get my points across. I practiced and practiced and practiced and practiced to make sure I'd nail it," she confessed.
The 65-year-old watched the show on TV after her acceptance, and while she was mostly pleased, she admits her masculine voice is still an insecurity.
"I left the festivities early so that I could actually watch the ESPYs because it's three hours delayed here in California. It was a little difficult for me to watch myself. While I felt like I looked great and that the gown looked fabulous, I still have a voice issue. It's not quite right compared to my feminine appearance. That bothers me a little bit. However, I hope that people don't listen to the pitch of my voice, but listen to what I have to say. That's important to me," she pleaded.
