Amid a molestation scandal involving his sisters, former Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar just announced that he and his wife Anna had welcomed a fourth child -- a baby girl.

The disgraced reality star tweeted the news like things have never been better with the fam, posting a photo and writing, "Announcing the arrival of Meredith Grace Duggar! 7lbs 14 ozs, 20-1/2in -- Anna and Meredith are resting & doing well!"

Umm ... congrats? It's a sweet snap but we can't help but cringe knowing what we know about Josh.

Back in May, news broke that a then-teenaged Josh had "inappropriately touched" five young girls, four of which were his younger sisters.

Last week, TLC finally yanked the show, canceling 19 Kids and Counting on Thursday.

Caitlyn Jenner has been making all new friends since going public with her transition, and now it appears she's besties with Orange Is The New Black star Laverne Cox! The TV star and the reality star bonded during a private screening of I Am Cait this past weekend, and Miss Cox couldn't help but gush about her new friend on Instagram.

"@caitlynjenner and I finally met in person at a special private advance screening of #IAmCait. #TransIsBeautiful #girlslikeus #caitlynjenner," she captioned the above snapshot.

The actress has been a fan of the Olympian since she announced she was transitioning from male to female, and even wrote a very moving piece on Tumblr about her now famous Vanity Fair cover. "I am so moved by all the love and support Caitlyn is receiving. It feels like a new day, indeed, when a trans person can present her authentic self to the world for the first time and be celebrated for it so universally. Many have commented on how gorgeous Caitlyn looks in her photos, how she is “slaying for the Gods.” I must echo these comments in the vernacular, “Yasss Gawd! Werk Caitlyn! Get it!” she wrote.

There's a new "It" crowd in Hollywood!

Kourtney Kardashian went to lunch with son Mason and daughter Penelope on Sunday, and while she's been able to keep her composure in public after splitting from partner Scott Disick, poor little Mase looked incredibly bummed!

Kourt and Scott's oldest child hung his head as the trio walked back to the car -- even a set of brand new Legos couldn't cheer him up! Earlier this month Kourtney dumped Scott after he was photographed all over his ex Chloe Bartoli on a yacht in Monaco, and Scott hasn't even SEEN his three kids since then.

While Scott has been throwing wild parties at his Beverly Hills bachelor pad, apparently he has spoken to his children. Hollywood Life reports that Kris Jenner set up the phone call, and when Scott finally got Mason and Penelope on the line, he broke down in tears.

"Scott called Kourtney and their conversation was very brief. He didn’t ask her how she was doing or much about her at all. She asked him where he was and when he was coming back, as they need to sit down and discuss things, but Scott didn’t have many answers. He really just wanted to talk to the kids. As soon as he heard Mason’s voice, tears started streaming down his face in buckets. He did his best to not let the kids know he was breaking down, but he was balling his eyes out. He wished Penelope a happy birthday and told the kids he loved them. When they told him they missed him and asked him when he was coming home, it was like a punch to the gut. He told them soon and then got off the phone," a source told the site.

So...are Scott and Kourt done for good then? Because after reading that, it seems like there could still be a chance!

On Sunday afternoon Kristen Stewart caught a flight to Paris, and not only was she rolling solo (where was girlfriend Alicia Cargile?!), but her hair looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. Yikes! When asked whether she'll marry Alicia, K. Stew kept walking past photographers and declined to comment. Hey, maybe someday!

The 25-year-old actress was headed across the pond to promote her new film American Ultra, which hits theaters next month. She brought her guitar with her, and it seems like the quilited case is a custom Chanel job. Lucky her!

K. Stew covers the latest issue of Marie Claire, and not only does she chat with the mag about her hair being her identity, but she also opens up about her affair with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. You know, the fling that caused Rob Pattinson to dump her? "Speaking very candidly, it was a really traumatic period in my early 20s that kick-started something in me that was a bit more ... feral," she said.

While she wouldn't elaborate further, she did chat about how liberating it was to get rid of her trademark brunette tresses. "My hair was such a crutch. I looked quote unquote 'sexy' no matter what. I could hide behind it," she said. "As soon as I didn't have all that hair, I had to let my face hang out. I felt more confident than I had in a really long time. And it felt really good. Maybe to most people long hair is prettier. But then what? Is your main goal in life to be desired? That is boring as f*ck."

But would it kill her to wash it?

Kim Kardashian caught a flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Paris yesterday afternoon, and while she wore an awesome outfit, no one was even paying attention to her maternity fashion. All we can see is those boobies popping out of the top of her dress!

But of course we kept our mouths close about that and asked her about her sis Kourtney's baby daddy, Scott Disick ... roll tape!


While Kim looks amazing (yeah, we said it), apparently she's still feeling pretty crummy. Yesterday the reality TV star Instagrammed a shot with a prescription bottle and wrote, "As you guys know my #morningsickness has been pretty bad. I tried changing things about my lifestyle, like my diet, but nothing helped, so I talked to my doctor. He prescribed me #Diclegis, I felt a lot better and most importantly, it’s been studied and there was no increased risk to the baby. I’m so excited and happy with my results that I’m partnering with Duchesnay USA to raise awareness about treating morning sickness." Cha-ching!

So what else is new with Kim? She added on Twitter, "Went to the Dr today for a check up, guess I was off on my 20 week mark by a week or two... But not the 20 lbs LOL." Hey, at least she has a good attitude about it! And while we do rag on her outfits from time to time, she definitely knocked it out of the park yesterday.

But this wasn't just any shopping spree -- Angelina Jolie bought her twins Knox and Vivienne a bunch of books at Barnes and Noble! #summereading...

As usual, Angelina wore all black (save for those nude ballet flats), and Vivienne wore an adorable dress and showed off her long locks while Knox kept it casual in a pair of khakis and a t-shirt. Wonder if Vivi is raiding big sis Zahara's closet these days? She's certainly not borrowing anything from Shiloh!

Earlier this week daddy Brad Pitt stepped out in Los Angeles and revealed his latest tattoo, which pays tribute to Angie and the kids. He know has a large cross on his forearm with an A for Angelina on one side and S, Z, M, P, N and V on the other for all of the couples six kids. Awww!

Party girls!

On Sunday night Kylie Jenner arrived at the London hotel in West Hollywood for the Paper Towns after party, and she was joined by sister Kendall and Selena Gomez. The group was there to support model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne, and Kendall was even photographed holding hands with her BFF on the way in to the bash.

Of course, the only thing anyone is talking about is that WILD Instagram video Kylie posted online last night, in which she dances provocatively and grabs her breasts. Breasts that look suspiciously larger these days...

Back in June, Kylie denied that she had gotten her boobs done and stated in a video that it was just a matter of strategic tape placement. "So whoever thinks I have breast implants, there's a whole load of tape in here holding these up," she said. Show us the tape! And also, maybe wait until you're 18 to start partying in Hollywood?

A 21-year-old man was found dead in the pool at Demi Moore’s West Hollywood home early Sunday, according to reports.

The victim was discovered at the bottom of the pool just a few hours after a party was reportedly thrown at the residence. No other details are known at this time, but police are currently investigating the tragic accident.

Demi was NOT home at the time of the incident, and though authorities noted that the rest of her family was out of town as well, neighbors have told TMZ that Moore’s three children have been throwing pool parties at the house “every day, day and night” for weeks.

The star’s youngest daughter, Tallulah, has posted a number of photos from the ragers on her Instagram account. Two weeks ago she uploaded an image of the pool filled with people and wrote, "this picture doesn't do justice to the glory that was our pool party last night. 🐑🍍🐙🐞 #yungstephandorf #forPaul."

Demi said in a statement:

"I am in absolute shock. I was out of the country traveling to meet my daughters for a birthday celebration when I got the devastating news. The loss of a child is an unthinkable tragedy and my heart goes out to this young mans family and friends. I ask that you please respect the privacy of all concerned during this sensitive time."

Though it was first reported that the young man might have drowned following a wild party, the police told Us Weekly that a maid was present in the morning and there were five people in the house at the time of the incident, adding that "the information they have suggests there was not a big party there that night."
