There's no bell to save him from this!

Following a Christmas Day bar brawl, Wisconsin judge Judge Paul Malloy sentenced former Saved By the Bell star Dustin Diamond to four months in jail on Thursday in Port Washington, Wis, the Associated Press reported. The 38-year-old was convicted in late May on two misdemeanor counts after being involved in bar fight on Christmas in which the former child star stabbed a man.


In May, the fallen actor was cleared of a felony charge, but the jury did find him guilty of carrying a concealed weapon and of disorderly conduct. The rough Diamond says he carried a knife for protection, and stabbed the man on accident during a fight.

Diamond says he pulled out the knife because, "I figured it would take the fight out of the people. Casey [Smet, the stabbing victim] didn’t even know he was injured, so how would I?”

Good one, Screech. You can probably contemplate that one with your new "gang" -- and we don't meet Kelly, Zach, A.C., Lisa and Jessie ...

Kim Kardashian attended the Daily Mail yacht party in Cannes last night, and she showed off her pregnancy curves in a sheer black outfit. But of course!

Kim chatted with the Mail about everything from family life to maternity clothes, and she revealed that she hasn't exactly explained to her daughter Nori what's going on. "I don't know if North really understands she's getting a baby brother yet," Kim said. "We read books at night with stories about big sisters, and baby brothers, families. I'm sure she'll come to the hospital and meet him, that's what Kourtney did with her kids so I'll take advice from her."

As far as pregnancy fashion, what can we expect from the star? Of her look last night (and skintight clothes in general), Kim said:

"I know this outfit doesn't look like I'm trying to go for simple but I'm just doing what feels right. At this stage, I'm just trying to fit into the things that still fit me. I do think tighter clothes look better and more slimming, and I don't care how hot it is, I'm going to wear thin coats all summer to conceal my big arms. I'm going to have a strategy of just really simple this time."

Aside from her brother Rob's voice chats, what else has Kim been dealing with?

"It's definitely a different pregnancy. I really wanted to be pregnant, and it's the anticipation of trying. I feel that this is really a miracle because I didn't think it would happen for me because I had a tough delivery that created some complications. So I'm just really grateful to be pregnant, and we're just really happy that so far everything is really healthy, and we're just really excited."

And what's this about MORE kids?! "I've always said if I had a boy, I would be done with a boy and a girl," Kim said. "But this pregnancy has been a little bit easier, but I won't really know until later on if I can have another one, it depends on my delivery, so hopefully I'll be able to have another one – I wouldn't mind it."

Oh look! It's the 25-year-old rapper and his child bride!

Kylie Jenner and Tyga aren't getting married (not yet, anyway), but they did attend a yacht party in conjunction with the Cannes Lions festival in France last night, and the 17-year-old reality starlet was dressed like a sexy bride. Of course, Kylie is still trying to convince us that there's nothing inappropriate going on between the two...

Kylie chatted with The Daily Mail about everything that's going on in her life, and when asked about her relationship with the rapper, she said, "Tyga's one of my best friends ever so it's so much fun to travel with him. I always like having my friends out on the road with me. He's doing some stuff out in Cannes, so it's just fun." Uh huh!

So what about the rest of her family? "I love to hang out with my mom as well. She's wilder than me. Last night, I went to bed at midnight and she stayed out much later than me doing her thing," Kylie told the publication. "She taught us from a young age how to support ourselves and I think it was a great thing to learn. I'm nearly 18 and buying my own home and my mom is doing everything for me. She's taking over. If I didn't have her I would literally die." Wait, if Kris Jenner taught the girls how to support themselves, why is she "doing everything" for Kylie? That makes no sense!

But something Kylie does know a thing or two about? Selfies! "I take, like, 500 selfies to get one I like," she said. "Sometimes I regret putting one up if I find a better one later. I'm like damn, that's a better photo, but that's the only thing I regret." Such wisdom from this one...

Wonder what Tyga likes best about his lady love ... her brains or her bod?

Courtney Love is constantly surrounded by chaos!

On Wednesday the singer/actress found herself at the center of a scary situation in which the Uber she was riding in got attacked by a mob of angry cab drivers. Taxi drivers in France have been protesting the car service by forming blockades and getting violent with Uber drivers and their customers, which has prompted police in riot gear to get involved. But apparently they weren't that involved yesterday when the window of the car Love was riding in got smashed up with a baseball bat!

Love posted the pics and video of the mayhem and wrote:

"[S]cariest day of my life, ambushed at the airport in Paris by taxi drivers on strike against @uber got taken hostage and our car was destroyed ... Dude @kanyewest we may turn back to the airport and hide out with u.picketers just attacked our car #ParisUberStrike ... they've ambushed our car and are holding our driver hostage. they're beating the cars with metal bats. this is France?? I'm safer in Baghdad. François Hollande where are the f*cking police??? is it legal for your people to attack visitors? Get your ass to the airport. Wtf??? paid some guys on motorcycles to sneak us out, got chased by a mob of taxi drivers who threw rocks, passed two police and they did nothing ... how on earth are these people allowed to do this? the first car was destroyed, all tires slashed and beat with bats, these guys trying to open the doors and the cops are doing nothing?? French Taliban? civil reform needed in France?? I want to go home."

Courtney then posted the happier shot above and wrote, "[W]e got out after being held hostage for an hour thanks to these two guys. I'm scared out of my wits. Mr. François Hollande president or libertine? I can't believe this really just happened. love French people but your government blows #happytobealive #parisuberstrike wtf??"

Jessica Simpson may have two kids, but that doesn't mean that she's a stay-at-home mom all the time! And she actually looks way better here than she did the last time we snapped her out on the town...

On Wednesday evening Jessica went to Craig's with some friends, and she flashed X17 photographers a sly smile from the backseat of her SUV. Jess turns 35 in two weeks, but you'd never know!

While Jessica doesn't seem to be going out as much as say, Lindsay Lohan did back in the day, apparently her mom Tina thinks the star has a drinking problem and wants to send her to rehab! A source told Life & Style, "Jessica's drinking has gotten out of control, and she uses Adderall as a diet drug ... One minute she's fine and the next minute she's talking nonsense and acting all crazy."

We don't know if that's true, but a few months ago J. Simp did give a REALLY odd red carpet interview that made us wonder if she might have been on something. In case you missed that, watch it HERE!

What? No big boobs, big lips, big eyes or big glamor? Then that can't possibly be Kylie Jenner -- and yet it is!

The usually plumped-up 17-year-old looked like a typical teenager when she was spotted brunching with mom Kris Jenner and 25-year-old boyfriend Tyga on a hotel balcony in Cannes, France, on Wednesday.

We are used to seeing the reality star look way older than her young years, constantly wearing very mature (aka revealing) ensembles and painting on the makeup on the reg. But today as she feasted on some tasty watermelon, Kylie looks fresh faced with her bedraggled hair, tank top and white jeans.

The teen is currently on vacation in Cannes with her rapper beau, her mom and big sister Kim for the Cannes Lions festival. We have zero clue how Kris approves of Kylie's relationship with the 25-year-old divorced father -- but approves of it she does!

It's really good to see Kylie look just like an average teenager but it certainly makes her relationship with Tyga even creepier!

Shia LaBeouf was hospitalized today after getting into a nasty accident on the set of his upcoming film, American Honey.

LaBeouf was shooting a scene this morning in which he had to put his head through a glass window, but something went wrong and the 29-year-old star cut the left side of his head and his right index finger. TMZ reports that Shia received 20 stitches and 13 staples to his head and hand. Ouch!

As you may recall, Shia is no stranger to the ER. Back in 2008 LaBeouf broke his left hand in a horrific car crash, and he needed a number of surgeries afterwards. About a year after the accident LaBeouf revealed that doctors only expected him to regain 80% of the use in his hand.

LaBeouf is reportedly scheduled to resume filming Thursday, so it seems like he'll be fine...

After dropping a few pretty big hints, Brandi Glanville has confirmed that she's leaving Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Glanville said in a statement:

"After a lot of careful thought and deliberation I have decided not to return to RHOBH as a full time cast member this season. The past four years have been amazing, a complete roller coaster of a ride. I will always be thankful to Bravo for the opportunities that have come along with doing this pop culture phenomenon of a show. In the meantime, I'm working hard on my podcast, my new wine business, and my clothing line. And keep an eye out for my next adventure that will show everyone a more well-rounded side of who I really am."

Earlier in the day, Glanville broke the news on her podcast and said, "After a lot of careful thought and deliberation, I have decided not to return to [RHOBH]. I mean, they've been awesome. And Bravo will always be my family. Like Andy [Cohen] said, 'It's the mafia, you never really get to leave us.'"

Last week it was reported that Glanville was leaving, and earlier this month she set tongues wagging when she tweeted, "I woke up with a sore throat and a HUGE decision to make today! #RHOBH Will let you all know later I promise!! It can be a hard show to do & I've often cared about making it interesting even if it was to my own detriment. #JOB."

So why is she peacing out? "The other Beverly Hills Housewives don't like Brandi," a source told Us Weekly. "She's out of control...She's just a sh*t-starter and everyone is tired of it." Um, but doesn't the show need that? That's the main reason WE watch!

So will she be getting her own show? We hope so! The reality star noted that she will be busy with other projects that she "can't talk about yet."
