Nicole Richie and husband Joel Madden are "on the brink of divorce," In Touch reports. The couple have been together eight years, but in recent months they have been fighting non-stop and it's only getting worse.

"Nicole and Joel are at odds over everything," a source dished to the mag. "They’ve been spending more time apart because all they do is fight when they’re together. Nicole can be very forceful when she doesn’t get her way, and Joel doesn’t respond well to that,” the source added.

The only thing keeping them together is their children Harlow and Sparrow. "If it wasn’t for the kids, they’d be divorced already. Nicole’s trying to hang on for their sake, but she’s at her breaking point,” the insider explained.

From Good Charlotte to bad marriage!

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel welcomed son Silas Randall Timberlake earlier this month, but aside from a possible Instagram post and/or a magazine spread, don't expect to see the celebritot anytime soon!

While Jess and JT will stay in Los Angeles part of the time with their newborn son, they plan on raising him at their home in Big Sky, Montana. "Their house is all set up for the baby," the insider tells Us Weekly. "They want to raise him out of the spotlight." Another source added that "Jessica is happiest when she's in the mountains."

"Jess is opening her kids' restaurant, Au Fudge, near L.A. in five months and has tons of meetings," a pal tells the mag, adding that the actress will be spending a significant amount of time in SoCal as well. Good thing they have a mansion down here too!

"Jessica sees herself as a mom of boys, so it worked out perfectly," the source continued. "Justin is so excited, he doesn't know what to do with himself!" Awww!

Baby got back! Rumer Willis goes for the gold in her tiny hot pants as she arrived at her rehearsal for Dancing with the Stars on Tuesday afternoon.

The 26-year-old star showed off a flashy pair of gold short shorts when she arrived at the dance studio in Hollywood on Tuesday. Rumer met up with her pro dancer Valentin Chmerkovskiy, who wore a much more toned down ensemble of black sweatpants and a clingy T-shirt.

All the working out seems to be paying off on the score board and and on her body. Rumer's bod' has never looked so toned!

On Monday night Bruce and Demi's daughter, who can also be seen singing and dancing in For The Record: Dear John Hughes , took to the ballroom and wowed the crowd when she did a dance as Ursula, the sea hag from The Little Mermaid, while her partner, Valentin, performed as an eel. The judges seemed impressed with the actress' moves and placed her on top of the leader board. Keep up the good work!

It looks like a trip back to the homeland did wonders for her! Khloe Kardashian was glowing when she arrived back at LAX from her ancestral journey to Armenia.

The Kardashian caused some serious chaos when she flew into LAX on Tuesday night. For her flight, the newly blonde gal donned a black shirt, sweater, ankle jeans and a pair of sexy heels. We hope she changed into them because those shoes don't look comfy for a long flight! While she was traveling through the airport, Khloe declined to comment when asked about her step-father breast implant surgery.

The 30-year-old looked radiant despite some personal drama. The reality star has been trying to reconnect with her ex hubby Lamar Odom, but it turns out that Lamar is back with his ex, Lara Manoukian, whom he reportedly dated for seven years before meeting Khloe. HollywoodLife.com is reporting that the tallest Kardashian is "crushed" about the news.

Khloe has clearly been hoping for a reconciliation -- she's yet to take action on her divorce papers. A source told the publication, “Hearing that Lamar is back with his ex is crushing for Khloe. She’s heartbroken over it and still doesn’t know if she believes it. To find out anther woman is making him happy is like a knife to the heart. Hearing that he’s also doing better than ever living a good clean life while with this woman is even harder to deal with.”

FKA Twigs performed a sold out show at the Belasco Theater in downtown L.A. last night, and her doting fiancé Robert Pattinson was in the crowd as his lady love belted out her tunes. The British songstress got rave reviews for her Coachella set, so it seems her career is on the up and up!

We wonder when these lovebirds plan on tying the knot? They seem head over heels, so we bet there's a wedding sooner rather than later. What we're even more curious about is how Kristen Stewart feels about romance? Either she's secretly upset, or could care less now that she's dating her girlfriend Alicia Cargile!

Nick Loeb has reportedly filed a lawsuit against former fiancee Sofia Vergara to prevent her from destroying embryos that were created while the two were still together.

According to court documents, Loeb and Vergara had two embryos created through in vitro fertilization just six months before they split, and Loeb is pretty keen on keeping them. A source tells In Touch Weekly, "Nick is very emotionally invested in these female embryos because he’s pro-life and believes life begins at conception."

The claim is filed under the pseudonym John Doe, who "seeks to ensure that the Female Embryos are not destroyed, but Jane Doe [Vergara] refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances." The magazine claims that the lawsuit was first filed in August of 2014 but has been amended now that Loeb has retained new legal representation.

And if you think that's crazy get this -- Loeb also claims that Vergara was “physically and mentally abusive” towards him, even “[punching] him in the face on two occasions” and calling him “worthless.” What! Do you believe this?!

Kris Jenner and her much younger boyfriend Corey Gamble are still going strong, but that doesn't mean that they're in the mood to chat with photographers about her estranged husband Bruce Jenner's gender transformation! Can't say we blame her ... I mean, how do you even begin to talk about this? Especially when we haven't gotten a peek at Brucie's new breast implants yet...

PMK and her boy toy left Craig's in West Hollywood on Tuesday night after a romantic dinner date, and when hit with questions about Bruce's surgeries and interview with Diane Sawyer, Kris stayed mum. In a new promo clip Bruce tells Diane, "My whole life has been getting me ready for this." Hmm, we're guessing Kris didn't get the memo on that one -- either that or she chose to ignore it!

While Kris is busy dating men half her age and managing her daughters, not everyone in the family is happy with how she's handling things. 17-year-old Kylie Jenner recently told Grazia that big sis Khloe can be more of a mom than Kris at times, adding, "My mom is all about being best friends." Yikes! Last year Kendall had some not-so-kind remarks about Kris as well, so you have to wonder what REALLY goes on behind closed doors. And speaking of bad, while a video surfaced of RiRi purportedly snorting a line of cocaine the other day, the singer has defended herself, claiming it's just a joint. And you know what? We kinda believe her. So really, it's not all that bad, because the Bajan beauty has very publicly proclaimed how much she looooves marijuana a number of times before.

Upon getting word of the video, RiRi found it and then wrote in the comments section of the questionable clip. "N***a your lame ass got some f**king nerve!!!" she mouthed off.
