Kim Richards was arrested around 1:30am on Thursday morning after an allegedly drunken confrontation with police.

Security at the Beverly Hills Hotel called the cops to respond to a conflict, and Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Lt. Lincoln Hoshino described the 50-year-old reality star as "belligerent, slurring her speech, and reeking of alcohol." Hoshino noted that Richards appeared to have had "too much to drink and was disturbing some of the other patrons" in the hotel's restaurant. Hotel security asked Richards to leave, but she refused at which point she went to the bathroom.

"Hotel security requested to make a Private Persons Arrest and BHPD officers entered the restroom and took her into custody," Hoshino added. "She was passively resisting and she was taken into custody on Private Person Arrest." According to authorities, when Richards was taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station for booking, she KICKED an officer.

Richards has been charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer. She is set to appear at the LAX Superior Court on May 10. She has since been processed and released.

Richards has famously struggled with sobriety over the years, and though she successfully completed a stint in rehab in 2011, she fell off the wagon earlier this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Kim reportedly took a pain pill from her ex-husband, Monty Brinson, and when discussing her slip-up with her co-stars, all hell broke loose. In case you missed it, here's a clip from that episode:

The Victoria's Secret angel was in Asia to fulfill her obligations as the new face of Reebok, so he left son Flynn with her ex Orlando Bloom so she could accomplish work duties. Rumor has it that the former married couple have been "hooking up" on and off since they reunited at The Vanity Fair Oscar bash, OK! magazine reports.

Oh look Miley Cyrus is showing off her nips -- there's a shocker! But this time she's got some willing accomplices -- Scout and Tallulah Willis.

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' daughters looked like they were getting into some trouble when they posed for an Instagram snap for photographer Mert Alas on Thursday.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer donned a sheer body suit, as Scout, whose boob was also exposed, sat atop a table and Tallulah got on all fours. Way to be classy ladies!

We hope Tallulah, who just celebrated nine months of sobriety, doesn't spend too much time with Miley -- she's a bad influence!

Entrepreneur Elon Musk profiles Kanye for the publication, and he has nothing but glowing remarks about the controversial rapper. "The dude doesn’t believe in false modesty, and he shouldn’t. Kanye’s belief in himself and his incredible tenacity—he performed his first single with his jaw wired shut—got him to where he is today," Musk writes. "And he wants everybody else to do the same: to engage, question, push boundaries. Now that he’s a pop-culture juggernaut, he has the platform to achieve just that. Emma Stone hit the gym in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and while there are reports that she's taking a break from longtime boyfriend Andrew Garfield, she didn't appear down in the dumps at all. Maybe she's just experiencing a rush of endorphins after her workout?

Emma left the gym with a banana and she tried to cover her face with her oversize wallet, and she definitely wasn't in the mood to chat about her split. Andrew is currently filming the new Martin Scorsese movie Silence in Taiwan, and he looked worse for wear when we snapped him at the airport today:


"He's thrown himself in the project to the detriment of all else," a source told People of the couple's split. "But it's too early to say the relationship is over. Emma understands his work anxieties – it's why she originally pulled out of Cabaret last year and only did it this year – but they're taking a break from seeing each other. They're both a slave to their schedules. This time last year they were privately discussing marriage."

Trail-blazing Orange Is the New Black star Laverne Cox took it all off in a spread for Allure magazine's "Nude Issue."

The transgender actress said that at first she said no to the mag but ultimately decided she would take it all off in hopes it would help the trans community.

“I said no initially, thought about it, and said no again. But I’m a black transgender woman. I felt this could be really powerful for the communities that I represent. Black women are not often told that we’re beautiful unless we align with certain standards," the 30-year-old said.

Cox is hoping her choice to go naked will help inspire others "Trans women certainly are not told we’re beautiful. Seeing a black transgender woman embracing and loving everything about her body might be inspiring for some folks. There’s a beauty in the things we think are imperfect. It sounds very cliché, but its true," she added.

We think she looks great and can't wait to see her on the small screen when Orange Is The New Black's third season premieres on June 12.

Tom Brady posted a loving message to his wife Gisele Bundchen on his Facebook page after she walked her final runway at Colcci's show at Sao Paulo Fashion Week on Thursday, and it sounds like he's still smitten with his model love after all these years.

"Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. The Brazilian stunner announced earlier this week that she would be retiring from the catwalk, and gave her best explanation as to why she would walk away when he career is still red hot. "Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body, it's a privilege to be able to stop. Stopping will leave room for other projects I have for myself," she told Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo.
