Nick Loeb has reportedly filed a lawsuit against former fiancee Sofia Vergara to prevent her from destroying embryos that were created while the two were still together.
According to court documents, Loeb and Vergara had two embryos created through in vitro fertilization just six months before they split, and Loeb is pretty keen on keeping them. A source tells In Touch Weekly, "Nick is very emotionally invested in these female embryos because he’s pro-life and believes life begins at conception."
The claim is filed under the pseudonym John Doe, who "seeks to ensure that the Female Embryos are not destroyed, but Jane Doe [Vergara] refuses to agree to their preservation under all circumstances." The magazine claims that the lawsuit was first filed in August of 2014 but has been amended now that Loeb has retained new legal representation.
And if you think that's crazy get this -- Loeb also claims that Vergara was “physically and mentally abusive†towards him, even “[punching] him in the face on two occasions†and calling him “worthless.†What! Do you believe this?!

Kris Jenner and her much younger boyfriend Corey Gamble are still going strong, but that doesn't mean that they're in the mood to chat with photographers about her estranged husband Bruce Jenner's gender transformation! Can't say we blame her ... I mean, how do you even begin to talk about this? Especially when we haven't gotten a peek at Brucie's new breast implants yet...
PMK and her boy toy left Craig's in West Hollywood on Tuesday night after a romantic dinner date, and when hit with questions about Bruce's surgeries and interview with Diane Sawyer, Kris stayed mum. In a new promo clip Bruce tells Diane, "My whole life has been getting me ready for this." Hmm, we're guessing Kris didn't get the memo on that one -- either that or she chose to ignore it!
While Kris is busy dating men half her age and managing her daughters, not everyone in the family is happy with how she's handling things. 17-year-old Kylie Jenner recently told Grazia that big sis Khloe can be more of a mom than Kris at times, adding, "My mom is all about being best friends." Yikes! Last year Kendall had some not-so-kind remarks about Kris as well, so you have to wonder what REALLY goes on behind closed doors. Keeping Up With The Kardashians may be scripted, but it sounds like there is plenty of drama behind the scenes too!

And speaking of bad, while a video surfaced of RiRi purportedly snorting a line of cocaine the other day, the singer has defended herself, claiming it's just a joint. And you know what? We kinda believe her. So really, it's not all that bad, because the Bajan beauty has very publicly proclaimed how much she looooves marijuana a number of times before.
Upon getting word of the video, RiRi found it and then wrote in the comments section of the questionable clip. "N***a your lame ass got some f**king nerve!!!" she mouthed off. "Any fool could see that's a joint that I'm basing with cigarette! Who snorts tobacco??!! FOH witcho 'never been to a rodeo so someone squeezing their nose means they're doing coke' lookin *ss!!"

This was definitely made before Kendall Jenner lost her cool with Justin Bieber!
Justin and some of his famous friends (Kendall, Ariana Grande, Lance Bass, among others) made a lip sync video for Carly Rae Jepsen's "I Really Like You!" and it looks like they had a blast doing it!
The clip appears to be shot at Bieber's Los Angeles home, and while it starts off with Ariana and her little brother, we quickly see the Biebs and Kendall dancing and mouthing the lyrics to each other. We love the fact that Bieber loves pop music as much as the rest of us!
And this isn't the first time he's made a lip sync video to Jepsen! Back in 2012 he teamed up with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez and Ashley Tisdale for an amazing rendition of the singer's hit "Call Me Maybe."

This new promo exposes just a bit more than the last one -- in this clip, we hear Bruce speak about his journey: "My whole life has been getting me ready for this," he tells Diane. Rihanna just found herself in the middle of a drug scandal after a video surfaced that allegedly shows her doing a line of cocaine on her tour bus. An Instagram user named @1ezmoney posted the clip, and we have to say it does look a little suspicious! The singer is seen sitting at a table holding a skinny object and rubbing her nose, but she's denying the illicit drug claims and insisting it was nothing more than a harmless joint!

Bruce Jenner has scheduled his final gender reassignment surgery, Radar reports. The procedure is set to follow his tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer, which airs April 24.
"Bruce is now ready. This is a very, very big step for Bruce to take, and the time is approaching quickly. The surgery will take place at the end of May/beginning of June. It’s a very intensive surgery," a source told the website.
According to Miami-based plastic surgeon Dr. Mel Ortega, who does not treat Jenner, the operation can take anywhere from six to eight hours and is extremely intricate. "The testicles are history but the rest is preserved to create the neo-vagina. The tissue is never removed from the body, with the exception of incorporating skin grafts if there’s isn’t enough material," Dr. Ortega explained.
We're happy for him that he will finally be comfortable in his own skin!
