New mom Eva Mendes showed off her post-baby bod' on the April 2015 cover of Women's Health.The 41-year-old Hitch actress appears on the cover in a white-hot ensemble, just five months after giving birth to Ryan Gosling's daughter Esmeralda. Yep. She's pretty much the luckiest woman in the world!

Mendes talked to the mag about her fitness routine of running, sprinting and lifting light weights. "I don’t love it, but I’ve made peace with that," said Mendes.

Along with her workout, she also talks about her clean diet. "I haven’t eaten meat in about six years, because I don’t agree with factory farming here." She added, "This is just what worked for me, it’s important to say, but when I cut that out I immediately felt better. And also, after a year of eliminating it, my skin looked brighter and healthier overall."

In the interview, Gosling's lady love talked about being a new mother and how much she's enjoying the trials and tribulations. "I’m actually enjoying the sleepless nights because it’s bonding with my little girl."

When asked about giving any thoughts on being a new mom, the actress gracefully declined, "I don’t feel like I’ve really earned the right [to give motherly advice]. I want to respect all the moms out there. They’re going to be like, ‘You know what? You’re a few months in. Just shut up.'"

In August Milla will begin production on the final film in the Resident Evil franchise, and after six of them, it sounds like she's ready for the series to come to a close. In a recent interview with People, Milla said, "Having a child has completely changed the way I look at my life. I don't worry about my career or what other people think about me. My main priority now is my child and my family."
