Tyga appeared on the 92.3 Amp Radio show yesterday in NYC, and the rapper was grilled about his relationship with 17-year-old Kylie Jenner, who he has denied dating in the past. This time, the hip hop bad boy was a little more forthcoming with his feelings.

"Whether if I tell the world that I love her or I don't, it's gonna be me to dictate that, and how I want to keep my friendship and relationship with her. I feel like it doesn't matter what the world thinks. If you're around somebody, and you love being around that person, that's all that matters. I don't feel like what anybody could say would change that... how I feel for her as a person... She's just a good person, she's got great energy," he boldly declared, adding that his "love" for her will "continue to grow."

So which is it, a friendship or a relationship?

"We've got a group of friends, we've been hanging out for the longest... I've been knowing her and her family for six, seven years, so it's all love there. I love her as a person. If you love being around somebody, that's all that matters, you know? Sometimes you gotta just let that artist live their own personal life sometimes, and you gotta respect that as a fan and a spectator of what we do," he admitted.

He's just waiting till she's legal to shout his love from the rooftops!

It's a ballroom blitz! Rumer Willis is ready to take her moves to the dance floor! On Tuesday, Good Morning America announced the cast of the 20th season of Dancing with the Stars -- and it turns out that Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' eldest daughter will be on the short list of celebs vying for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy.

Joining the actress will be U.S. army vet and amputee Noah Galloway, Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec, super singer Patti LaBelle, Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin, Glee actor and singer Riker Lynch, model Charlotte McKinney, LMFAO’s RedFoo, NFL pro Michael Sam, Hunger Games star Willow Shields, Three's Company actress Suzanne Somers, and a yet-to-be-named 12th star.

We aren't surprised to hear that Demi Moore's talented daughter, who will be paired with Valentin Chmerkovskiy, is ready to bust a move for the world. Recently, the actress has been polishing up her dance skills for the stage in West Hollywood in a production of For The Record: Dear John Hughes at DBA. The immersive cabaret show, which also stars Evan Rachel Wood, "relives the acclaimed director's coming of age 1980's teen flicks including Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Pretty In Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful and Ferris Bueller's Day Off." If fans want to catch her before she takes it to the ballroom, the House Bunny actress appears in the show until April 5.

Bruce Jenner went on his morning coffee run in Malibu yesterday, and the former Olympian tried his best to hide a facial scar on the side of his cheek under a hoodie. It almost looks like a bad face lift mark, but it could have been another procedure. After all, the Kardashian patriarch is going to have to go under the knife multiple times as he transitions into a woman.

An X17online photographer told us:

"Bruce was going about his daily routine, getting his early-morning coffee at Starbucks, but he looked a little disturbed. He was holding his head down and clearly trying to hide this new mark on his face."

He already had a tracheal shave, and it looks like he's had Botox and lip injections, so this is most likely the next step in his gender reassignment.

It will be interesting to see who ends up having the most plastic surgery - Kim, Kylie, or Bruce!

We have no idea why Giuliana Rancic thought publicly mocking an 18-year-old dread locks was a good idea -- but she did it anyway!

The E! star poked fun at K.C. Undercover actress Zendaya and her Oscar hairstyle, which consisted of some fierce dread locks, on Monday's episode of Fashion Police. On the show, Rancic said that star must have smelled of "patchouli" and "weed."

Understandably so -- the teen star did not take too kindly to the thoughtless slams about her hairstyle, which was inspired by Lisa Bonet's hairstyle on A Different World. Zendaya took to Instagram to post a well thought-out response to the digs.

"There is a fine line between what is funny and disrespectful," she wrote. "Someone said something about my hair at the Oscars that left me in awe. Not because I was relishing in rave outfit reviews, but because I was hit with ignorant slurs and pure disrespect."

Hell yeah!

We don't even know what Rancic is talking about -- Zendaya looked absolutely fab!

Christina Aguilera appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon yesterday evening, and the singer and the talk show host played "wheel of musical impressions" whereby Xtina belted out a truly jaw-dropping rendition of "This Little Piggy" in her best Britney Spears voice.

The blonde bombshell also treated the audience to her version of Cher singing the Folger's coffee jingle. You have to watch this video!

The only thing that could have made this more uncomfortable would be if The Biebs was there!

Selena Gomez, Orlando Bloom, and Miranda Kerr all attend the Vanity Fair Oscar party on Sunday night, and it seems the "Come & Get It" singer didn't handle being at the same event with her former hookup and his ex-wife too well! The pop princess seemed dazed and distressed as she waited for her ride after the fete, and she did her best to avoid the former couple by crouching behind model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Pull yourself together, girl!

In case you don't remember, all the drama started last year when it was reported that Selena's boyfriend Justin Bieber had a fling with the Australian supermodel, who had just split from the Pirates of the Caribbean star. No sooner had that story surfaced before there were were rumors that Miss Gomez and Orly had also hooked up… basically, it was like a celebrity version of wife/girlfriend swap! The tension came to a head when the British actor and the "Boyfriend" crooner had a fist fight at a party in Ibiza back in July.

An X17online photographer who witnessed the scene told us:

"Selena was dying - she was literally melting when she realized Orlando and Miranda were both were within a few feet of her. They were all trying to avoid each other -- Orlando tried to keep his distance and Miranda just kept her head up, pretending to be oblivious to it all."

The whole situation on Sunday night didn't seem as painful for Miranda or Orlando, so something tells us the Spring Breakers actress is either still hung up on Orlando or still upset about Miranda banging JB!
