Wearing a black shirt and striped leggings, the 33-year-old got her sweat on with some standing oblique crunches, jump squats, lunges and dumbbell punches. She's a survivor y'all!
Along with the sped-up 'gram, Jay Z's sexy lady wrote, “Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama."
We love that she's giving props to the First Lady's Let's Move movement. Let's Move is a, "Program developed by First Lady Michelle Obama to solve the epidemic of childhood obesity within a generation."

Bruce Jenner surfaced the other day with a giant scar on his jaw, and on Wednesday the reality TV star, who is currently in the process of transitioning from a man to a woman, grabbed a cup of coffee and showed off a very taut face. Lookin' good, Bruiser!
Bruce had his Adam's apple shaved down last year, and it appears as though he's had Botox and lip injections, so we're curious to see what he had done this time. The previous day he covered his face with a hoodie, and after these photos were snapped, he attempted to pull his collar up over his jawline.
But could all these trips to the operating room be dangerous to Bruce's health? Radar chatted with Dr. Harold Reed, one of the world’s leading experts on gender reassignment, and he says yes!
"We used to prescribe hormones for all transsexual and transgender people, regardless of their age," he tells the website. "[But people] who are on estrogen that are over the age of 55 have a much higher incidence of heart disease, heart attacks and coagulopathy." Reed added, "In Bruce Jenner’s case, because he is 65-years-old and on estrogen, what he is trying to do is actually trying to produce a super female. In actuality, he is enhancing the risk and could be putting his life at risk." Hopefully he's really thought this through!
The former Olympic athlete was still wearing his wedding ring, and we couldn't help but notice that his Starbucks cup had "Bruce" on it. Looks like he's still enjoying life as a man -- but when will he make the switch to living as a lady? And what will his name be? So many questions!

Bobbi Kristina Brown was briefly taken out of her medically-induced coma this week, but after suffering several seizures, doctors placed her back on medication and in a coma, reports CNN.
Family sources tell TMZ that doctors tried weaning Bobbi Kristina off certain meds to see if she might react, "but nothing happened" and that she's "in the same condition she's been in for weeks." The insiders added that Bobbi Kristina "could hang on for a long period of time in the same state, despite signs of organ failure."
Brown was found facedown in her bathtub four weeks ago this Saturday, and two days after the accident she was put under a medically-induced coma. Last week doctors performed a tracheotomy on the aspiring singer, who will be turning 22 on March 4. TMZ's sources added that Bobbi Kristina, the only daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, is not getting better and it's up to Bobby to decided when to take his daughter off of life support.
Though it was initially labeled as an accident, police have now launched a criminal investigation into the incident after discovering new evidence. Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon is at the center of the investigation, and family members have prohibited him from visiting her in the hospital.

Only the best for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's little girl!
On Wednesday afternoon X17 photographers spotted construction workers putting up a giant wooden playground on Kimye's $20 million Hidden Hills property, and after working for several hours, the process still wasn't complete!
The jungle gym has two platforms that are connected by a set of curved monkey bars, and there are several slots for slides as well. But no swings? Hopefully that's coming later, because we can't imagine a playground without a swingset! Then again, these are the parents who dress their 20-month-old toddler in leather pants and drag her to New York Fashion Week events, so we can't expect too much from them...
Kim and Kanye picked up the sprawling 16,000-square-foot estate last August, and they also bought the neighboring 2,842-square-foot home for $2.9 million. The property has several pools, vineyards and all sorts of ridiculous features, so clearly this happy family will be here for a while!

He's peed in a bucket (and who knows where else!), but this time Justin Bieber caught our attention when he rushed into a public restroom in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Hey -- when you gotta go, you gotta go!
The 20-year-old pop star was cruising around LA with his entourage, and we're not sure if he misjudged the size of his bladder or had something worse going on (a bad taco Tuesday, perhaps?), but he definitely hightailed it in to the potty at a local gas station.
On the plus side, his pants were already sagged so low, they must have been pretty easy to get off on a hurry...

Talk about a fall from grace! Madonna fell right on her ass during her performance of "I'm Going To Carry On" at the 2015 Brit Awards. And it's all sorts of RIDICULOUS.

After hitting the gym and stepping out with some seriously frizzy hair, Khloe Kardashian headed to the salon, and not only did we get a glimpse at her sweaty gym clothes, but helloooooo booty! She could really give sister Kim a run for her money in the derriere department...
The brunette beauty was questioned about the nature of her relationship with estranged husband Lamar Odom on the way into the gym, but she opted to stay mum on the subject. According to new reports, though, the former couple has been hooking up and testing the waters about giving their marriage another shot.
"They’re not in counseling now but they had two sessions last year at a secret place. They were both hour-and-a-half sessions and only began to touch the surface of their problems. Khloe called off the therapy because she’s too scared that it will get out that she and Lamar are a thing. Lamar thinks that’s not the case. He thinks Khloe’s chickened out because she knows that if she goes through and does all the work that the therapist suggests, she’d be back with him in seconds," a source dished to Hollywood Life.
"Lamar’s willing to do the work! He’s ready to jump in the water with both feet. He’s willing, ready and able to address his problems and work on them too and he doesn’t care who knows or finds out," the source added.

Madonna covers the new issue of Rolling Stone, and the singer chatted candidly about some of Hollywood's biggest stars, including what she thinks about Kanye, her reported feud with Lady Gaga, and her love for Taylor Swift. There are so many good quotes from this interview!
On Kanye West:
"He's a brilliant madman. He can't help himself. Like, he doesn't have the same filters other people have. He has to blurt things out—he's always saying inappropriate stuff. But he also has brilliant ideas in the studio, if you can get him to pay attention long enough. I don't always agree with the things he says or does—I don't always like his music, even. But he's a beautiful mess. I love him...I think he takes award shows too seriously...So that part of him I can't relate to. Like, what's the point of fighting for somebody to...like, 'This person should have got it?' Don't come to an award show looking for justice!"
On her feud with Lady Gaga:
"I don't think she wants my crown...We live in a world where people like to pit women against each other. And this is why I love the idea of embracing other females who are doing what I'm doing. The only time I ever criticized Lady Gaga was when I felt like she blatantly ripped off one of my songs. It's got nothing to do with 'she's taking my crown' or 'she's in some space of mine'. She has her thing. I do think she's a very talented singer and songwriter. It was just that one issue. And everybody's obviously run with it and turned it into a huge feud, which I think is really boring, quite frankly. And you know what? I don't care anymore. On the industry's ageism:
"It's still the one area where you can totally discriminate against somebody and talk sh*t. Because of their age. Only females, though. Not males. So in that respect we still live in a very sexist society. No one would dare to say a degrading remark about being black or dare to say a degrading remark on Instagram about someone being gay. But my age — anybody and everybody would say something degrading to me. And I always think to myself, why is that accepted? What's the difference between that and racism, or any discrimination? They're judging me by my age. I don't understand."
On her love to T-Swizzle:
"She has an opinion, and she's going against the norm. So in that respect, she is similar to me, yeah. And also, people just want to give her a hard time all the time because they think she's a goody-two-shoes, so of course I want to embrace her."
