Jennifer Aniston covers the new issue of InStyle, and the 45-year-old star is shockingly chatty about her thoughts on tabloid gossip, seeing a therapist -- and yup, that wedding we've all been waiting for!

On her upcoming nuptials, Jen says:

"There’s a big discussion in our house right now: Do you just do it and say screw it? Or do you try desperately to get away with [a secret ceremony] where you don’t have any fun because you’re hiding in a cave somewhere? If we could do it without all the buzzing and the noise… It can be done. When there’s a will, there’s a way."

And speaking of the media, the actress says she still gets irritated when she glances at tabloids. "I realize they need to sell magazines," she says. "But it’s really getting old. What kills me is when friends send me pictures they’ve taken at a newsstand. One magazine says, ‘Desperate and alone,’ and the other one says, 'She’s eloped!' I mean, at least consult."

So how would she write her own gossip headlines?

"Oh, that’s a tough one. That should be a Justin question. Wait a sec. How’s this? ‘When I’m pregnant and married, I will let you know.’ Not a tabloid publication. Not Bullsh*t Times or Crapass Bullsh*t Times Weekly. They will not be telling you. And by the way, stop stealing my thunder! Let me have the fun of telling that story."

On her past relationships, Jen continues:

"I mean, it’s no secret: I’ve had some challenging companionship. I think hitting a wall with that really kind of [helped me grow]. I found a really great therapist. Not to sound too 'woo woo,' but I think the self-love piece was really important. And spending a lot of time alone. Having time to ask myself why there was such toxicity in my immediate space at times. Why would I attract that instead of light?"

Will someone please tell her to stop embarrassing herself?!

Vowing to get in the best shape of her life by her 30th birthday, the 29-year-old reality star headed to the gym for another high-impact workout on Tuesday.

The blonde bombshell tweeted that she was going to push pedal to the metal in regards to getting her body in gear. She tweeted, "I will have the body of my dreams by my 30th bday which is June 12th. #readysetgo #getit #work."

Judging what we can see of her body in that white tank top and lavender leggings, Kendra doesn't seem like she has that much to do. The mother of two looks great!

We wouldn't be surprised if Kendra is doing this to keep her man happy. Earlier this year, Hank Baskett got caught in a whole lot of trouble for a cheating scandal involving a transsexual model. But the Girls Next Door star is sticking by her man ...

Look out Gwyneth Paltrow! Jennifer Lopez is launching Bodylab, her own health and wellness brand, and she looked like a million bucks at the company's kickoff event in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday.

The 45-year-old superstar posed for pictures with partners Chantelle Daines and Dr. Amy Heaton, and she then sat down to explain why she's jumping on the lifestyle bandwagon. Bodylab is described as "a revolutionary health and wellness brand designed for women by women," and the website sells products like protein shakes, cleanses and detoxes.

J. Lo posted a snapshot on Instagram and wrote, "Loving yourself is the greatest part of becoming the girl of your dreams. #BeTheGirl #LOVE @bodylabforwomen #JLoBodyLab." Given how amazing she looks (and the fact that she seems a bit more accessible than Gwynnie), we're curious to read about her recipes and health tips!

Paris Hilton had quite the busy day on Tuesday, but as usual, she went about her business with a smile on her face -- and two of her darling pups in her arms!

Princess P went to the spa, and then she headed to Craig's to do a switcheroo with her cars. And then? She went to go pick up another dog!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are scheduled to meet with the Pope in Rome in the next few days, according to Us Weekly.

The Hollywood supercouple will fly to Italy "for a VIP meet-and-greet at the Vatican with Pope Francis," and though the couple aren't known for being particularly religious, a source tells the mag they they "admire the Pope" and "like the Pope's message."

Pope Francis famously said in 2013, "If someone is gay and he searches for the Lord and has goodwill, who am I to judge?" and seeing as Brangelina are major supporters of equal rights, it makes sense that they'd want to connect. Heck, they even stated that they wouldn't tie the knot until gay marriage was legal -- and they certainly waited long time to get hitched!

Brad previously said that he doesn't have a "great relationship" with religion, and last we checked, Angelina proclaimed that she is an atheist. "There doesn’t need to be a God for me," she once said in an interview. "There’s something in people that’s spiritual, that’s godlike. I don’t feel like doing things just because people say things, but I also don’t really know if it’s better to just not believe in anything, either.”

Arianna Huffington hosted a luncheon at her Los Angeles home on Tuesday to celebrate Jennifer Aniston's new film Cake, and the 45-year-old actress happily posed for photos with fiance Justin Theoroux. Other guests included Aniston's BFF Chelsea Handler, her former Friends co-star and pal Lisa Kudrow, along with Nia Vardalos and Salma Hayek.

Later in the day Aniston attended a Q & A at Harmony Gold on Sunset Blvd, and she chatted about her role in the film, which has already earned her some serious Oscar buzz (not to mention a Golden Globe nomination).

During a recent chat with the Los Angeles Times, Aniston revealed that she was perhaps a bit worried about taking this gig after being known for her work on sitcoms and rom coms. "It is a risk, especially if you’re me and you’re so know," she said. "I’m fighting through being in your living room for 10 years, every week — every day — and being known as one person. That’s a hard shell to shake for an audience and for an industry that’s got to make money on this. People have got to believe it."

You can't hide your big guns when you are the caped crusader!

Buff daddy Ben Affleck showed off his bulging pecs and big biceps when he wore a tight t-shirt for a brunch at Tavern in Brentwood, Calif. on Tuesday.

Getting a caffeine fix, the 42-year-old Batman vs. Superman actor looked particularity devastating in his grey shirt and a pair of slim-fitting jeans. We couldn't help but notice he had a big purple bruise on his right bicep. Did he get injured filming, or did wifey Jennifer Garner spice things up in the bedroom over the holidays and give her superhero a love bite?! That saucy little minx!

Benji has a busy month coming up. The Oscar winner is to receive the Favorite Humanitarian Award at the People's Choice Awards on Wednesday.

"We are so pleased to honor Ben with the 2015 People's Choice Humanitarian Award," said executive producer Mark Burnett in a statement. "This award has become an important part of our show. It highlights a different side of a celebrity and helps bring awareness to a cause that our audience can support."

The Gone Girl star was picked as this year's winner for his work with Eastern Congo Initiative, a grant-making and advocacy-based organization that he founded in 2010.
