After initially announcing their split in February (and buying a new house for herself this summer), Paula Patton has finally filed for divorce from her estranged husband Robin Thicke.

Patton cited irreconcilable differences, and she wants joint legal and physical custody of the former couple's 4-year-old son, Julian.

Patton and Thicke were married for eight years, but the couple first met in high school. It was widely speculated that the two would try to work things out after Thicke's alleged infidelity, and in July the singer still seemed to have some hope that he could win his wife back.

"I actually have no idea what I'm doing," he said in an appearance on Good Morning America. "I'm just kinda flying by the seat of my pants on this one."

She's upset about her nude photo hack but Jennifer Lawrence is practically giving it away now!

Chris Martin's girlfriend turned up to a photo shoot at L.A.'s Milk Studios in a cut-off, white tee and NO BRA, y'all. First she poses topless in Vanity Fair and bitches about how scandalous and unfair it is that nude images of her are still circulating out there in the Internet ether -- invading her privacy and sexually assaulting her and now she's just strolling around town in a Kim K-inspired crop-top with her nipples shining like headlights on full beam!

Is she being hypocritical or just standing up for her rights? Well, as of Wednesday, 55% of you say she has the right to protect her personal photos, while 45% say "If you don't want 'em out there, don't take 'em!"

Jessica Simpson's bod is looking better than ever these days, and while she may look like she's cut carbs from her diet, that's just not the case!

After getting arrested for a DUI last month and wreaking havoc in New York City all week, Amanda Bynes has now been accused of shoplifting at Barneys New York on Madison Avenue.

Bynes allegedly walked out of the store wearing a $200 hat, at which point security grabbed her and took her back inside. Witnesses on the scene tell TMZ that the 28-year-old starlet was "acting crazy," but the 28-year-old starlet reportedly told security guards she was being chased by fans inside the store, so she grabbed the hat to shield her face. Bynes added that she had no intention of stealing the merchandise, so security let her go before the police had a chance to question her.

It's not clear whether Barneys will press charges, but they made the Easy A actress sign a no-trespass agreement, which bans her from entering the store again. If they do press charges, Bynes could be in BIG trouble, because not only was her recent DUI bust a violation of her probation, but this latest offense would be yet another black mark on her record. Way to pull a Lohan!

So what else is going on with Ms. Bynes? The other day she bumped into a reporter for In Touch, and she told them she believes she has a microchip in her head. Yes, really. "I want a dollar a day from every person who [is] reading my mind,” she said.

So what about her parents, Rick and Lynn? "I was miserable living with them," she says. "I would have rather been in jail." Well, she's free for now, but she better watch it, because if she keeps having run-ins with the law, she might actually find out what it's like to go to the pokey!

"Amanda is just headed down a very dangerous road,” a source tells Radar. “Her parents are surprised that she hasn’t been arrested in New York City yet … though Rick thinks a long stint in jail would be the best thing for Amanda.”

"Lynn had been making plans to go to New York City because she had been growing so concerned about Amanda’s bizarre behavior,” a source tells the site. "Rick was opposed to the visit and thought it would be a waste of Lynn’s time and their money because there is nothing she can do to help Amanda. Amanda would likely refuse to see her anyway — and that would be if Lynn could even find her."

She's not letting criticism get her down! Gwyneth Paltrow has taken Martha Stewart's recent slams against the Oscar winner's lifestyle company, Goop, in stride.

When asked about the recent disses during the Most Powerful Women Summit in Laguna Niguel, California on Monday, the leggy blonde confessed she thought the public digs were a good sign.

"If I'm really honest, I'm so psyched that she sees us as competition. I'm so psyched. I really am," said the stylish mother of two.

Last month, Page Six report that the lifestyle guru dissed Gwynnie, saying, "She just needs to be quiet. She’s a movie star. If she were confident in her acting, she wouldn’t be trying to be Martha Stewart."

And while the comments may have meant to deter Chris Martin's ex from conquering the home and style market -- the comments seem to have only bolstered her.

It's possible Martha is just a bit miffed that the former CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Lisa Gersh, has been hired to head the expansion of Goop.

Either way it's good that Gwen's taking the slams with a grain of salt -- now what we really want to know is: What does she think of Jennifer Lawrence?!

Rachel Bilson is one pregnant lady! Looking like she's about to pop, the Hart of DIxie star was out and about in Hollywood on Monday. The 33-year-old grabbed a cold drink to escape the unprecedented Los Angeles heat -- and she looked so stylish doing it!

For the afternoon excursion, the petite brunette wore a floaty bohemian maternity dress and paired it with flip flops and a pricey Chanel bag. Too cute!

The former O.C. star announced in May that she and longtime boyfriend, Star Wars actor Hayden Christensen, were expecting their first child.

In August, Rachel had a baby shower in which famous friends Natalie Portman (who starred with Hayden in the Star Wars) and Jaime King attended. The mom to be was surrounded by her friends and family to celebrate the impending birth of her wee one.

A source told Us Weekly that at the party, "Instead of gifts, everyone brought a birth bead. Each person gave her a piece of advice and a blessing along with the bead ... She will use the beads for strength during labour."

We hope she has those beads on her -- it looks like she could give birth any second!

After all, after years of feuding, she did just come to his defense after their ex-maid filed a lawsuit against the TV actor and his country singer wife.

"Wait! My kids ex-nanny of over 7 yrs Gloria who has always been amazing is suing my ex? Wtf! PS my ex mom in law is the kindest grandma alive!" she tweeted in reaction to the news. The disgruntled former employee not only trashed Cibrian, but accused his mother of being the instigator in her termination.

It's all about girl power, baby! Jennifer Lopez and Reese Witherspoon are just two of the famous ladies being honored in Variety's sixth annual Power of Women issue.

Three other powerful women, Viola Davis, Jane Fonda and Donna Langley, are the other women who are gracing the five separate covers for mag's celebration of women. The iconic Hollywood magazine is paying tribute to the celebrities who are using their star status to advocate for women's causes.

Reese has used her stardom to shed light on other worthy causes on education for young girls through the Malala Fund, after her 15-year-old daughter brought the story of Malala Yousafzai, A Pakastani girl who was shot by the Taliban for fighting for the right to an education, to her attention.

"It's incomprehensible to me sometimes how few opportunities women have in some areas," the Oscar winner said after she heard Malala's incredible story.

Similarly, JLo has been championing health management with her Lopez Family Foundation, which she founded in 2009.

Along with her sister Lynda, the women have worked with a multitude of medical facilities in Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Panama and Puerto Rico to help fund the medical costs of those without financial resources.
