Amanda Bynes surfaced for the first time since her second DUI arrest at LAX on Thursday, and the troubled starlet exhibited extremely bizarre behavior as she sat in an airport restaurant waiting for her flight to NYC, according to an eyewitness.

"Yeah, that's Amanda Bynes. I talked to her. She's f***** crazy. I kinda feel bad for her. Before I knew who she was all I heard was a server telling me to kick out the crazy b**** at 141 who's putting on a ton of make up at the table so before I even saw her face I walked over and made a comment and when she looked up and replied I was like holy f*** it's Amanda Bynes. And then she was like 'Well I sat myself one of the hostesses looked really upset and.. Blah blah blah' She just started making s*** up dude and then I was just like 'no problem girl.' She started putting on tons of make up and making weird faces and talking to herself. She's not well," Instagram user @missbbgun recounted.

Life & Style also acquired this video of the actress getting into an elevator. She sounds like a small scared child and asks the man, who is filming video, if he is taking her picture. It's beyond sad. We are praying for her!

Kim Kardashian departed her hotel in Paris on Wednesday, and the reality star seemed so concerned with strutting her stuff and having her picture taken that she almost forgot daughter Nori! The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star peeked into her awaiting ride and appeared confused before realizing her baby wasn't there, whereby she turned around and reemerged with the toddler in her arms. Phew! Close call!

We all remember how Kanye West bought her that white fluffy cat when they were dating, and then it mysteriously died… Let's hope she's learned a thing or two about caring for a helpless living thing since then!

Gwyneth Paltrow attended a performance of mom Blythe Danner's play, The Country House, on Broadway on Thursday night, and the Oscar winner was beaming when she left. Or maybe she was just surprised with the amount of attention she received?

After her split from husband Chris Martin earlier this year, Gwyn's been all over the news, and after he rebounded with 24-year-old Jennifer Lawrence, that didn't exactly help. Of course, when J. Law had her nude photo scandal, that only added fuel to the fire, and according to some reports, Gwynnie approves of Jen, but according to others, she won't even let Chris mention Jen to the former couple's kids!

"Gwyneth is doing everything possible to make sure [Jen] isn’t mentioned in front of Apple and Moses,” a source told Radar. "She doesn’t want them upset by Chris’ 'younger lady friend,' which is how Gwyneth refers to Jen. Explicitly instructed by Gwyneth, Chris has been told not to discuss his girlfriend in front of the kids.”

"Gwyneth has told Chris she absolutely does not want any of Jen’s personal items left behind at Chris’ house, that the kids might come across," the source added. Yikes!

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday night, and on Thursday evening Ashton took to his website to reveal her name.

Ashton wrote:

"Mila and I would like to welcome Wyatt Isabelle Kutcher to the world. May your life be filled with wonder, love, laughter, health, happiness, curiosity, and privacy."

The former Punk'd host added, "Can you guess which one is ours, or does it really matter? All babies are cute," and posted 8 photos: 6 of human babies, one of a goat and one of a dog. We wouldn't be surprised if NONE of the photos are of little miss Wyatt, but two of the tiny tikes look like they could belong to Mila and Ashton.

Bieber hopped into his chauffeured car first while his mystery chick smoked a cigarette and made faces at photographers, and she eventually got in with him and the two headed back to his hotel.

But apparently the hot/cold couple have split yet again, as Selena flew home from France alone on Wednesday, unfollowed the Biebs on Instagram and posted a very cryptic tweet. "Sometimes we think we aren't good enough," she wrote. "But then I realize when I think I'm alone I have God."

"He has put on 30 pounds of muscle and he's 8 percent body fat," she revealed. "He looks pretty good!" Garner said while on the set of Live with Kelly & Michael. "It's a little bit like 'Whoa, who are you?,'" the 42-year-old actress continued, jokingly. "It feels like I'm having an affair. But I don't mind, I'm not complaining."

Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery have welcomed their second daughter while staying relatively under the radar with the announcement.

"Sienna May Ivery welcome to the world," Pompeo posted to Instagram on Thursday. "We love you more than words can say." The caption came along with a precious picture of the baby girl.

"Sienna was born via surrogate & I would like to thank my whole @ShondalandTV family for helping us enjoy these first few weeks privately," Pompeo added via Twitter.

The 44-year-old Grey's Anatomy actress and her music producer hubby kept the baby news a secret from those outside of their circle, much like their New York City wedding back in November 2007. “Oh my God, oh my God! I am so lucky to have that great woman in my history,” Diddy said. “[Her booty] is great. It’s a work of art. It’s something that will go down in history. Also her talent, her drive, her determination.” What a ringing endorsement!

He also added that Kim Kardashian couldn't hold a candle to Lopez's derriere! Her response? Classic J.Lo.

"As much as he roots for me and as proud as he is of me and of the time we had together, I, I am just as proud to see what he's done," the Idol judge said in an interview. "Seeing him involved in Revolt and all the things that he's done as a business man and still being so true to his music and his art trying to uplift his community in his own way, and it's the same thing that I try to do and I feel like I learned a lot from him coming up, watching him."
