Shia LaBeouf looks like he's resting a little bit easier after a judge granted him a restraining order, barring his stalker from being within 100 yards of the actor.

The "Transformers" star, who has been in some legal hot water of his own, was out and about in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon. During his afternoon activities, the 28-year-old stopped to pick up a free copy of LA Weekly. Good call, Shia, we love that mag!

Earlier this week, Graciela Nahle, who reportedly believes Shia is Albert Einsten, was ordered to stay 100 yards from the actor. The woman has come to the actor's home at least three times, once appearing in his driveway eating watermelon and shouting, “I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together,” reports Page Six. Yikes!

In August, she was arrested for stalking the star. The 31-year-old pleaded no contest to trespassing and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, but only served four.

Let's hope she keeps her distance from Shia -- we kind of love that bad boy gone good!

She may not always remember that she has a daughter, but when she does, she spoils her rotten!

After jetting back from Paris on Wednesday night, Kim Kardashian hit the gym on Friday, and afterwards she stopped by Toys 'R Us to pick up some goodies for daughter North.

The other day Kim left her Paris hotel without her 15-month-old daughter, and after realizing that Nori wasn't in the car, she rushed back up to her hotel room to fetch her child. Of course, Kim had her own explanation, and a few hours ago she tweeted the following literary masterpiece:

"Heard on the radio today some story I forgot my daughter at our hotel as I'm leaving for the airport. Are you kidding me?!?!?! LOL I went to the car to make sure the car seat was in because the day before we had a car seat issue. Do u guys really think a 1year old would be inside the lobby by herself! Oh wait she was waiting to check out lol."

Well, let's keep in mind that this is also the woman who outfits her baby in head-to-toe leather and brings her out late to sit front row at Paris Fashion Week shows...

Awww! Jaime King is such a good mommy! The proud mom twerked it out in hopes of getting her sick son to feel better.

Dressed up in a white tank and booty shorts, the 35-year-old Hart of Dixie star shook it up with her own, "shake, shake, shake that booty" rap.

While Jamie was twerking, the bubbly blonde's husband Kyle Newman was busy holding their son, who turns one on Monday, who seemed to be enjoying his mommy's show.

Cindy Crawford and her family jetted out of Los Angeles International Airport on Thursday afternoon, and we have to say, it kinda blows us away how much the legendary supermodel and her daughter Kaia resemble one another!

Kaia, 13, has already tried her hand at modeling, but after doing an ad campaign for Young Versace in 2012, Cindy pulled the plug on her daughter's modeling. "At this point, she's too young to pursue a career," Cindy said at the time. "There aren't even a handful of jobs for a 10-year-old girl. But if she's 17 and wants to try it, of course, what can I say?"

Cindy was also joined by her hubby Rande and their son Presley, and the family just returned from Italy after attending George Clooney's wedding, so who knows where their next holiday is taking them!

They are surprisingly good on camera!

Joel and Benji Madden made a promotional appearance on TVNZ's Breakfast in New Zealand the other day, and the rocker twins stepped in to give the weather report, leading to more than a few laughs as they tried to pronounce certain places in the area. "If I remember correctly with the pronunciations, the 'wh' is pronounced with a 'f', so that would be a faka-papa," the Good Charlotte rocker said with a giggle.

Hide the Monets, Manets and Mattisses -- Justin Bieber's at the Louvre!

We can't believe there's anyone on the planet that could be more immature than Justin Bieber -- but then we saw these pics of the Biebs and his proud papa, good old Jeremy Bieber, goofing off in Paris ... and remembered there's at least one man who puts the "Boyfriend" singer's childish antics to shame -- and that's his dad. These two are cut from the same cloth!

The gruesome twosome headed to the famous Parisian museum and took some wacky pics on Thursday night. Jeremy, who seemed to be really jazzed about his miniature Eiffel Tower statue, really classed up the joint with his outfit, while the Biebs looked sleek and stylish in his all-black ensemble and crustache.

In our heads, the father/son chat about heading to the museum went something like this:

Justin: "Hey Pops, we gotta enjoy being in the City of Love. Should we see some art and sh*t, or should we just go drink some sizzurp with some ratchet honeys?"
Jeremy: "Baby Biebs, I gotta mad plan: Let's go see some art and sh*t and then get our sizzurp on with some ratchet honeys."
Justin: "I like the way you think, Big Papa B. But maybe you should change out of those sweatpants? The Louvre is nice and it's Fashion Week.
Jeremy: "Kewl. I'll go put on my fancy sweats."
Justin: "I'll grab the laser pointer, but don't forget your tiny Eiffel Tower. I love it 'cause it's sooo tiny."
Jeremy: "Exactly."

And then in our heads, they do a double-cup toast to drinking the night away in gay Paris.

Also, the Louvre isn't open at night ... so they just visited the OUTSIDE of the Louvre? CLASS ACTS!

Paws up, lil' monsters, Mother Monster's is showing her allegiance to her freaky fans for life! Lady Gaga posted some pics of her new clawed tattoo which, while we aren't a fan of the creepy image, seemed in keeping with the inked-up singer's other artwork. But our real question is -- if you are getting a tattoo on your upper shoulder why are you exposed and naked from the waist below? Is showing off your full moon part of the full tattoo experience? Just wondering!

The pantless 28-year-old posted the pics on her Instagram -- and we aren't sure she would think people would even bat an eye. But we certainly did! Along with a pic of the creepy talon tatt, Gaga added the caption, "#Monster4Life." Umm -- that ink certainly scares us -- so a monster for life it is!

The petite lady posted the pantless pic and wrote, "#HausWork @nspired1 having a real night with the kids, we sure know how to party. #jazzpunk." Given her wild, scantily clad stage antics, we guess we already knew that a real Gaga party is one where everyone else is clothed and she shows off her ass!

The design, which is a scaly hand with long nails, is by tattoo artist Eric Gonzales who is an LA-based tattoo artist out of Deer's Eye Studio.

Gaga is no stranger to body art. The new tattoo joins a host of other images, including a peace symbol on her wrist, roses and daisies on her shoulder and back, a unicorn, an anchor, a trumpet and the words "Tokyo Love," "Little Monsters," "Dad" and "ARTPOP."

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin may be trying to keep their honeymoon location secret, but they can't hide from us!

George and Amal wrapped up their four-day wedding in Venice, Italy on Monday after their civil service and jetted off to an unknown location for their first vacation together as husband and wife. But X17 has tracked the newlyweds to the Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean.

The luxury North Island resort has hosted Clooney's pals Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Prince William and Kate Middleton, Bill Gates and other superstars. The resort is made up of 11 villas, each one more than 5,000 square feet. Each villa has its own plunge pool and the resort itself is accessible only by helicopter.
