Kendall Jenner is threatening to sue a New York City waitress who accused the reality TV starlet of failing to pay her bill at Mercer Kitchen last week.

According to a report on Page Six, Jenner and pal Hailey Baldwin were reportedly unhappy when the staff wouldn’t serve them alcohol, at which point Jenner left. When Jenner's waitress, Blaine Morris ran outside to ask Jenner to pay the bill, the girls started laughing, and a source tells the website, "Kendall took a couple of $20 bills out of her wallet, threw them at the server and walked away, not even counting if it was enough or if it included a tip."

Shortly after the incident, Morris tweeted, “That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face.” While Jenner's lawyer, Marty Singer, DID admit that his client "accidentally" skipped out on the bill, he claims that Morris' remarks are false and defamatory and is demanding a “appropriate retraction and sincere apology.”

In a cease-and-desist letter, Singer claims Morris approached Jenner after the 18-year-old starlet left the eatery, but that his client was "extremely apologetic" and paid her $33 bill and included a $7 tip which was "politely handed" to Morris. Singer added, "Although you are working as a waitress at Mercer Kitchen, I understand you are also a struggling actress. You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself."

Christina Aguilera wants to pose for a nude photo spread after she gives birth to her second child, In Touch Weekly reports.

"She wants to do Playboy. This is something she wanted to do even before she got pregnant. Christina's always loved her body," a source tells the mag.

Most new moms wouldn't be too thrilled to be in the buff, but the songstress is confident she can get her pre-baby physique back in no time! "It won't be too hard. Throughout her pregnancy she was reading all about how not to gain weight. She even hired a nutritionist," the source adds.

Although Xtina has stripped down for photo shoots during both of her pregnancies (most recently for V magazine), she plans on going a little further for Hugh Hefner's publication. "She's determined to do this. Christina is planning to show off her assets," the insider reveals.

For the video, Khloe Kardashian "helped" out her rapper boyfriend when she donned a scary clown mask and carried a crossbow -- what a good girlfriend! The 30-year-old joined the hip hop crew in French's startling new video, which even appears to feature a Kim Kardashian lookalike.

The video opens inside a dark old building where a terrified girl is chained up and being tormented by a thug. Cut to another girl, who looks alarmingly like Kim Kardashian, is panicking inside a car. There's another scene involved a bunch of scary looking dudes in masks, who are brandishing weapons around a beaten up old car. Khloe makes her appearance as one of the masked maniacs -- and is looking quite menacing as she carries a crossbow.

Taylor Swift appeared on The Tonight Show on Wednesday night, but she wasn't exactly herself ... much to our delight, the singer brought back her nerdy Natalie character -- and brought the laughs with host Jimmy Fallon.

The duo starred in the show's "Ew!" segment, and from dancing to Selena Gomez's "Come & Get It" to sneezing on Fallon to talking about ex-boyfriends, Taylor never missed a beat. When asked about getting back together with a former flame, she responded, "Ew!" and when Fallon asked, "Never?" she replied, "Never, ever, ever, ever, ever!"

Michele and Paetz started dating shortly after they met in April on the set of her music video for "On My Way," and they've been going strong ever since. Just the other night the two went to Justin Timberlake's concert at the Staples Center, and she introduced him to her inner circle pretty early on.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian dined in the Hamptons with bestie Jonathan Cheban and Scott Disick on Wednesday evening, but oddly enough, Scott's pregnant baby mama Kourtney wasn't anywhere to be seen!

The group was followed by a reality TV crew, so clearly the family is not done shooting Khloe and Kourtney's spin-off show -- it never ends! Kim got all dolled up and squeezed her butt into a belly-baring spandex and fishnet ensemble, and it looks like all the traveling she's done over the last week might have worn her out, because she looked a bit frazzled. And maybe she's missing hubby Kanye West? After the two met up in San Francisco last Friday, they jetted to New York City for a few days, but yesterday he flew to Los Angeles and jetted off to Mexico to get away from Kim work on his new album.

And speaking of Nori, the tiny celebritot made her modeling debut in the fall issue of CR Fashion Book, and she was personally styled by the mag's founder/editor-in-chief (and Kimye bestie) Carine Roitfeld. Chris Brown attended a progress report hearing at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday afternoon, and a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office tells X17online that Judge James Brandlin found Brown in compliance with the terms of his probation.

Breezy's certainly been on his best behavior over the last two months, but it is a bit odd that he arrived to court in jeans and a flannel shirt with a cigarette tucked behind his ear. Apparently he doesn't see a point in dressing to impress! And we're not even going to discuss the bag of Flamin' hot Cheetos in his hand...

This hearing was related to Brown's probation violation earlier this year, stemming from his 2009 assault on Rihanna. Brown was found to be in violation of his probation when he assaulted a man in Washington D.C. last October, and on May 9, Judge Brandlin sentenced the R&B bad boy to one year in jail. Brown received credit for 234 days of time already served, and he was released on June 2.

Brown's probation is currently extended until January 2015. The singer music submit to random drug testing at least three times a week, attend psychiatric counseling twice a week and complete whatever remains of the 1,000 hours of community service he was given last August when his probation was revoked after a car accident.

Brown's next hearing is scheduled for October 23 at 2pm, but still he's not out of the woods on the D.C. assault case. Back in June Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos refused to accept the plea deal prosecutors offered them, so that case will go to trial on September 8.
