Instead of being arrested by the cops he should have been arrested by the fashion police!

The new trailer for Foxcatcher hit the web yesterday, which tells the story of Olympic wrestling champ brothers Mark and David Schultz and their twisted relationship with their wealthy and mentally unstable sponsor, John Eleuthere du Pont.

In the 1980s du Pont invited Mark to train at his Foxcatcher facility with the U.S. wrestling team to prepare for the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, but when Mark's older brother Dave also arrives to train with the group, tensions rise. Dave was shot to death by du Pont several years later.

Despite the fact that the movie's release date was pushed back nearly a year, Bennett Miller (Moneyball and Capote) won the award for Best Director at Cannes after the film's debut earlier this spring.

From Carell's physical transformation to Channing's acting chops, this is definitely on our must-see list. Foxcatcher hits theaters on November 14.

Brandi Glanville has already sought legal counsel in preparation of the premiere of ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and new wife LeAnn Rimes' reality show, Life & Style reports.

The former model and the TV actor had a clause in their divorce agreement that banned them from publicly bad mouthing each other, and while at the time that was more of a concern for the Playboy Club star, it's now also a concern for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

"Eddie was worried that if Brandi bad-mouthed him, it would hurt his career. But the clause works both ways and she thinks he and LeAnn have completely violated it," a source dished to the mag.

The Bravo star is not getting litigious out of spite, either! "She doesn't give a crap what they think about her behind closed doors. But to attack her on TV, where it can affect her children - it's disgusting," the source added.

Can't LeAnn and Eddie just go back in the swamp they crawled out of?!

She must not care he hooks up with other girls right under her nose!

Justin Bieber will reportedly attend Selena Gomez's upcoming 22nd birthday bash at a private estate in California, E! News reports.

The "Come & Get It" singer's turns another year older on July 22, and she is in the beginning stages of planning her party. The only problem? The rest of the guests don't want The Biebs anywhere near the birthday girl!

"No one wants [Bieber] to go. All her friends want him out of the picture and just want her to have a relaxing birthday with no trouble and they think he's going to dominate her attention," an insider tells the news outlet.

"She doesn't seem to care that he spends time with other women and isn't always honest with her. She's hypnotized. Her friends just want her to enjoy herself for her birthday, but if Justin attends it might complicate matters," the source added.

She should wish to be cured of Bieber fever when she blows out her candles!

On Wednesday Beyonce posted the above photos of herself, her hubby and their 2-year-old daughter Blue Ivy at Kate Walker's art installation at the Sugar Factory in Brooklyn, and the trio looked totally lovey dovey. (Well, her face is totally cropped out in one of the shots on her Tumblr blog, but still, you get the idea.) This was just a few days after Bey switched up the lyrics to her song "Resentment" at her concert in Cincinatti, which is a tune about cheating, so we have to wonder if this was a not so subtle message to the world...

"Been ridin' with you for 12 years. Why did I deserve to be treated this way by you?" Bey sang over the weekend. While it's not that big of a deal, the original lyric is "Been ridin' with you for six years," and B and J have been together for a total of 12 years...

And that's not the only reason we have to wonder what's going on behind closed doors. Remember Elevatorgate? Rumor has it the reason Beyonce's sister Solange tried to smack Jay Z around is because she knew he was having affairs behind Beyonce's back, and that on the night of the Met Gala he even hit on one of Solange's pals!

Last month Life & Style reported that Jay Z has cheated on his wife of six years with Rihanna, Rita Ora, Rachel Roy and the former Miss Belgium and that Bey is "so sensitive and insecure" about it that she's close to a meltdown.

Kim recently spoke with Julia Restoin-Roitfeld for her blog, Romy & the Bunnies, and the reality TV star gushed about her one-year-old daughter and how motherhood has changed her.

"I love being a mom!" she said. "It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate! ... My absolute favorite thing is taking a nap with her. We cuddle and fall asleep holding each other. It's my favorite time just snuggling with her." Awww!

"I took a hiatus after I had the baby, and found it challenging to start working again because I didn't want to spend any time away," she said when asked what the most challenging part of being a parent is. "But you adjust and prioritize, and just figure it out! It is an adjustment trying to balance a career and motherhood for sure, but the key is to prioritize. You become more selective and work on projects that are so meaningful because you want every other waking moment spent with your family."

Still, Kim hasn't revealed plans to stop filming her reality show, so...

On Wednesday afternoon Taylor Swift left her New York City apartment, and she showed off her amazing gams in a floral romper and heels.

Aside from showing off her hot bod in granny-chic outfits, what else has T. Swizzle been up to? Playing with her adorable new kitten Olivia! Last month she introduced the fuzzy feline to her Instagram followers, and while the singer's other cat Meredith seems to be having a difficult time adjusting to her new sibling, Taylor has been spending quite a bit of time socializing her pets.
