Yesterday X17online broke the news that Shia LaBeouf had visited an out-patient rehab facility in Los Angeles, and on Tuesday morning we caught up with the actor as he left his Hollywood Hills home, grabbed a cup of coffee and headed to therapy with the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Blue Book in his hand yet again.

The 28-year-old Fury star wouldn't comment on his treatment or his recent arrest for disorderly conduct, but X17 photographers on the scene tell us he appeared significantly calmer than he did on Monday. Seeing as he was slapping people in the back of the head during a performance of Cabaret and getting belligerent with cops last Thursday, it seems like he's making some progress...

Yesterday LaBeouf attended a three-hour long therapy session at a private LA rehabilitation center, and our photographer on the scene told us, "Shia was nervous; he didn't look good all morning. He was looking down and wasn't even talking to his driver. It looked like he didn't want to do it, but he knew he had to."

While Shia has a long history of run-ins with the law, he opened up to Playboy in 2009 about knowing when to seek help.

They're up early!

On Tuesday morning Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian hit the Tracy Anderson gym in the Hamptons, and mom Kris Jenner also tagged along with her three oldest daughters. The ladies all went to the movies last night to catch a showing of The Fault In Our Stars, and it was Kim's second time seeing the flick in the last few days.

On Saturday night she saw the movie for the first time, and last night she tweeted, "OMG I had to take the whole family to go see The Fault In Our Stars ... This movie OMG it's literally my new Notebook ... I brought my own box of tissues."

Sounds like they needed a pick-me-up after watching that sobfest. Work it girls!

Say what you want about Jay Z and Beyonce, but after watching this video, it seems like they're better than ever! But maybe after all those cheating rumors following Elevatorgate, that was on purpose of releasing this? Who knows, but after watching it, it does seem as though the "Crazy in Love" couple are still just that...

Jay Z posted the clip on his Life and Times site, and it shows the duo's rehearsals before kicking off their joint tour in Miami. Of course, the best part is at the end, when their adorable daughter Blue Ivy claps and offers her very own words of praise after watching her famous mom and dad take the stage...

And he's shirtless, natch!

The 26-year-old hottie is hanging with Italian entrepreneur Gianluca Vacchi, and Vacchi posted several videos of the group hanging out, including one of the former High School Musical hottie shaking it to Jason Derulo's "Wiggle." Vacchi wrote, "Dancing on the table for girls." Oh really???

Rachel Zoe and her sons Kaius and Skyler went shopping in Malibu with their nanny, and while the celeb stylist is always in the mood for a little retail therapy, it looks like her 6-month-old baby was worn out from the adventure!

Zoe recently chatted with Us Weekly about her family, and she revealed that hubby Rodger Berman has already bought Skyler his first skateboard! "Skyler learned to skateboard in one day -- with a helmet, pads and face, elbow and knee guards on," she dished. Zoe admitted she was "having a heart attack, but it's so cute."

So how about little Kaius? "He's just laughing and laughing and laughing and cooing," Zoe gushed. "I'm so in love it's crazy. I'm really never in a bad mood, I'm perpetually happy!"

Former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and boyfriend Nathan Griffith confirmed via Twitter that they welcomed their son Kaiser on Monday.

Griffith tweeted a photo of the infant's tiny feet next to Evan's arm in the hospital and wrote, "And you thought we were at the beach... Sike!!!"

Though this is the couple's first child together, Evans has a son Jace, 5, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis and Griffith has a daughter named Emery from a previous relationship.

After a less-than-perfect weekend which included a seemingly substance-induced blow-up in New York leading to his arrest and subsequent disorderly conduct charge, Shia LaBeouf is finally seeking help.

X17online can report, exclusively, that the troubled actor is getting help at a celebrity-frequented treatment facility in Hollywood.

We followed the actor from his Hollywood Hills home, just an hour ago, to a private facility where other stars have sought treatment -- driven by someone believed to be from the rehab facility. When the car arrived at the gated drive to the center, a nurse and security guard were there to great Shia. In fact, earlier in the day when we spotted Shia in his driveway, we noticed his was carrying the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Blue Book.

Our photographer tells us: "Shia was nervous; he didn't look good all morning. He was looking down and wasn't even talking to his driver. It looked like he didn't want to do it, but he knew he had to."

After arriving back in Los Angeles Sunday night, Shia has stayed out of trouble, hiding in his Hollywood Hills home.

The Transformers star was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and harassment last Thursday at the Broadway show Cabaret. According to reports, the Hollywood bad boy was yelling obscenities and acting erratically during the first act of the play, and when security guards asked him to leave he flew into a rage.

This isn't the first time LaBeouf has caused trouble by any means ... he was arrested by LA police in 2005 for assault with a deadly weapon after he threatened to drive into his neighbor's car. He didn't stop there -- he later showed up at his neighbor's house wielding a knife and making threats.

In 2007 he was arrested at a Chicago Walgreens when he refused to leave the property when security asked him to do so. He was later charged with criminal trespassing.

At the Berlin film festival earlier this year, he plagarized a famous quote by a soccer player at a press conference and later opened himself up to public criticism when he invited anyone who wanted to (an X17 writer included) to berate him in a small, dark room at a West Hollywood storefront.

For now, it's unclear whether Shia checked himself in for in-patient treatment at the facility or if he'll head home this afternoon following intake and therapy. Stay tuned for updates ...
