We still can't believe they are engaged!

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross got all dolled up to go to the Emerson Theatre last night, and it appears the couple are starting to coordinate their outfits!

We haven't heard many details regarding the pair's upcoming wedding, but we do know there's going to be one very special musical guest! And no, it won't be Jessica Simpson!

The soon-to-be groom's mom Diana Ross is set to perform at the nuptials, which are rumored to be taking place at the music legend's sprawling estate in Connecticut, E! Online reports.

We wonder which Simpson sister will become a Mrs. first?

Rihanna went to dinner with her father Ronald Fenty at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Sunday night, and the R&B superstar showed her support for Team Mexico even after they lost to the Netherlands over the weekend.

And what did Bad Gal RiRi have to say about the latest developments at the World Cup? When X17 photographers asked her about it, her grunt said it all. But shortly after the match, Ri tweeted a pic of herself with Team Netherlands colors painted (well, Photoshopped) on her face and wrote, "Congrats boyz!" Maybe she's just a fan of all the teams then?

Rihanna was noticeably absent from the BET Awards last night, and we're thinking it had something to do with the fact that Chris Brown was there. Still, she was nominated for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist and the FANdemonium Award, so it's kinda crazy that she didn't show up!

Robert Downey Jr.'s 20-year-old son Indio was arrested for cocaine possession in West Hollywood over the weekend. Seeing as his dad has had a very public battle with both cocaine and heroin over the years, this is pretty bad news!

Indio Downey was riding in the passenger seat of a car around 2pm on Sunday when cops drove up next to the vehicle and noticed the passenger was smoking something out of a pipe, according to TMZ. A Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputy pulled over the car, did a search and allegedly found cocaine in Indio's possession. Indio was arrested, taken to jail and charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, though it's not known how much of the drug he had on him.

Robert Downey Jr. said in a statement on Monday:

"Unfortunately there's a genetic component to addiction and Indio has likely inherited it. Also, there is a lot of family support and understanding, and we're all determined to rally behind him and help him become the man he's capable of being. We're grateful to the Sheriff's department for their intervention, and believe Indio can be another recovery success story instead of a cautionary tale."

Indio posted $10,000 bail and was released after midnight on Sunday.

Hot mess alert!

On Sunday night Chris Brown went to Emerson Theater and then Playhouse in Hollywood, and when it was time to head home, the bad boy R&B singer needed to be carried to his red Lamborghini by club staffers!

Lady love Karrueche Tran was Brown's designated driver, and on the way out of Playhouse she carried his hat and sweatshirt and looked a little concerned about her boyfriend's condition. Maybe he was just consoling himself after failing to pick up any prizes at last night's BET Awards? Either way, we're hoping he didn't blow his lunch all over the inside of his pricey sports car!

Brown was released from jail earlier this month, but since his plea deal recently fell through, the 25-year-old star could face more time behind bars. The trial isn't set until September, so until then, it looks like he's going to make the most of it!

Kim Kardashian was without a date Saturday night, as she hit a movie theater in NYC solo.

While Kanye's off in Europe again and her family's in the Hamptons, Kim took her bootylicious self to see Think Like A Man Too, starring Gabrielle Union, Kim's pal La La Anthony and more, for the sequel to Act Like a Lady.

Guess Kanye'll have to see that one on the plane!

Miley Cyrus is ready to love again ...

No, she hasn't fully moved on from ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth, but she's starting -- just starting -- to get over the death of her beloved pooch Floyd who died unexpectedly a couple months ago.

Cyrus has been on her Bangerz tour in Europe but now that she's back home, she's nesting with new pup Emu Coyne Cyrus, as she announced in an Instagram post today:

"Time to start making Emu accounts smilers. Hes here and here to stay. I welcomed Emu Coyne Cyrus into the family a couple days ago. Been keepin him a secret cause sometimes I'm weird like that. It's taken some time to be ready for this next step and loving again. There will never be anyone like Floyd. There was a bond that was so deep it's irreplaceable but that's not what I am trying to do. Never will I replace Floyd and that's something I had to take time to understand. We had a very special memorial service for Floyd and I felt my angel Floydy give Emu his blessing. I prayed to Floyd to just give him a touch of his awesomeness and he has. He is so special and different than my baby Floyd and I think Floyd did that on purpose. But sometimes he does little things that remind me of him and it makes me smile I'm blissed the out right now I feel like this is a new beginning in so many ways. I feel a change coming on."

When one hears "motorboating" and "Kim Kardashian" in the same sentence, a tranquil Sunday boat road in the Hamptons isn't usually what comes to mind ...

But in this case, that's exactly what happened ... well, maybe minus the tranquility.

As hoards of photographers followed the Kardsahian klan out onto the water Sunday, Kendall, Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe did their best Kennedy family impression.

Kim missed the excited, as she was back in the city taking in a movie, while Kanye was off to Sweden for a a music festival. Looks like mom Kris decided to skip out on this as well. But the Keeping Up With the Kardsahians camera crew was in full effect.

Kelly Osbourne submitted to some cranial ink over the weekend, with a new tattoo on her scalp just above her left ear reading, "Stories ..."

Bet she'll have some stories to tell after this latest sesh at Shamrock Social Club in Hollywood. Fortunately, the Fashion Police hostess with the mostest already had a half-shaved head -- the tattoo artist just had to go a little deeper with the razor to reach fresh skin.

The 28-year-old caption her Instagrams, "#oops what did I do tonight?"
