The royals certainly are mad hatters!

Kate Middleton, Prince Charles and other members of the British Royal Family joined Queen Elizabeth at Windsor Castle for the annual Order of the Garter ceremony on Monday -- and in true British form they were some funny hats on their heads!

For the ceremony, the Duchess of Cambridge wore a powder blue Christopher Kane coat dress and a Lock & Co. fascinator (that's British talk for fancy lady hats).

The Order of the Garter was founded by Edward III in 1348 and is the oldest British order of chivalry. At the event, more than 7,000 spectators watched the Garter Knights process through the castle grounds to St. George's Chapel.

The Order of the Garter event takes place every June on the Monday of Royal Ascot week, also known as Garter Day. During the event, the knights wear blue velvet robes and black velvet hats with white plumes.

Love is in the air!

Hunky actor Keanu Reeves appeared to be flirting with a mystery blonde during a romantic dinner at Cafe de Flore on St. Germain in Paris, France on Sunday night. And if we were in the City of Love with the Matrix actor -- we'd probably be in love too!

The film star seemed to be having quite the chat with the smoking blonde, who seemed lost in conversation.

On Saturday, the 49-year-old actor was seen leaving an event at the Publicis Drugstore Movie Theater on the Champs Elysees. And we hate to admit it -- but Keanu looks a little worse for wear as he leaves the theater. We hope he gets some sleep!

Keanu has recently been absent from the spotlight. He only did two films in 2013, one of them was the widely unknown film 47 Ronin, a film about a group of samurai who has set out to avenge the death of their master at the hands of a ruthless shogun.

According to TheWrap, Keanu is ramping up the acting career again. The actor is in final negotiations to replace Daniel Craig in Courtney Hunt's courtroom drama The Whole Truth. We can't wait!

Last night Paris Hilton and her dad Rick struck a pose outside of Craig's in West Hollywood, and it sounds like they had a fantastic evening.

"Just had a lovely Father's Day dinner at @CraigsLA with my dad, @KathyHilton & Whittles," she tweeted. "Love the food there, so delicous!"

In other news, P recently sat down with Forbes magazine to chat about expanding her empire, and though she's having a blast traveling the world for DJ gigs, she realizes she'll outgrow it at some point. “I know I’m not going to DJ in Ibiza for the rest of my life and I expect my brand to mature with me," she said. "When I have children in the next couple of years, I would like to develop a line of children’s clothing and children’s books. So expanding and developing the brand along with the fan base. On the jewelry and fragrance side, I’d look at the example of someone like Elizabeth Taylor who was able to market elegance as she grew older.”

The Oscar winner was accompanied by husband Ned Rocknroll, so it seems the couple got a babysitter to enjoy an adults-only day on the town!

Arnold Schwarzenegger brunched with Christina, Katherine, Patrick and Christopher at Ivy on the Shore in Santa Monica on Sunday, and estranged wife Maria Shriver was there too! She didn't exactly look happy about it though...



Arnold and Maria separated three years ago and after it was revealed that the former California governor had fathered a son with the family's housekeeper, Mildred Baena. Though they filed for divorce, there are reports that it hasn't been finalized. Wonder what the hold up is?
