Felicity Huffman has been arrested, and Lori Loughlin has a warrant out for her arrest, after an investigation uncovered that dozens of people, including the actresses, paid money to get their kids into ivy league colleges with the help of a fake charity!

A man named William Rick Singer created a fake non-profit thru which to funnel the payments from the parents to the universities, which ranged from $200K all the way up to $6.5 million!

Huffman paid roughly $15K to "participate in the college entrance exam cheating scheme on behalf of her oldest daughter," while Loughlin "agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.” Singer is now expected to plead guilty to rackateering.

"Dozens of individuals involved in a nationwide conspiracy that facilitated cheating on college entrance exams and the admission of students to elite universities as purported athletic recruits were arrested by federal agents in multiple states and charged in documents unsealed on March 12, 2019, in federal court in Boston," the court papers read.

So how did the Full House star and Desperate Housewives star get nabbed? The FBI recorded a series of calls with them and a witness that was cooperating with authorities!

We can't wait to see what other names come to light with this scandal! Let's hope Kris Jenner got Rob Kardashian into USC the honest way!

We caught Ben Affleck leaving a romantic dinner with Lindsay Shookus last night, and although there have been numerous reports the two are officially back together, he inadvertently confirmed it for us while scolding our photographer!

"Stop, just stop. Stop taking pictures of my girlfriend," he told our camera guy as they made their way to the car.

The two got back into contact last month after breaking up over the summer, and it seems they're picking up right where they left off. The SNL producer is even going out of her way to make sure he stays clean and sober, because we all remember last time he fell off the wagon. She's smart to not let another Shauna Sexton situation happen!

"Lindsay doesn’t drink around Ben. She isn’t keeping alcohol in her home. She is like his sober coach. [At his film premiere] she made sure to not have any alcohol near him. And she was making sure other people weren’t drinking around him," a source dished to Page Six.

While this all sounds good, we're hearing that those closest to him wish he would have stayed single and focused on his recovery for a while longer before jumping back into a relationship.

A source tells X17:

"Ben feels like he's made huge strides in his sobriety and deserves to be happy with Lindsay, but his sober coaches and friends in the recovery community are pretty steadfast that it's better to not be in a relationship for the first year of recovery. They think there's too much potential for heartbreak and upsetting emotions, which can often lead to relapse. Ben doesn't want to lose Lindsay, though, so he's taking it one day at a time."

They do seem very happy together, we'll say that!

Kim Kardashian caught word that recently released prisoner William Charles was having trouble finding housing due to his criminal record, so she reached out directly and offered to pay his rent for 5 years!

Charles was the first person to be released under the First Step Act, which Kimmy K worked alongside Donald Trump and Jared Kushner to get off the ground. The man was convicted on drug and weapons charges and served 20 of his 35 year sentence. He got an early release in May 2016, but was then ordered back to jail to serve out the remainder of his time.

"Kim reached out privately to Matthew yesterday after hearing he was having a hard time getting approved for an apartment and has generously offered to pay five years of his rent. He was overwhelmed by Kim’s offer and graciously accepted. Her generosity will allow him to save enough money to eventually put a down payment on a house. It’s truly changed his life," CMT producer Tim Hardiman told Us Weekly.

"Kim then met with President Trump in May of last year to speak to him about pardoning Alice Johnson, and also mentioned Matthew Charles in that conversation. She later discussed Matthew’s situation when she met with the president in September," he added.

This lucky man couldn't help but gush about the reality star on social media, either!

"I just received the most wonderful news tonight that I just had to share with everyone. Kim Kardashian-West … heard about my situation. Was moved and has decided to help me. And to me in an unbelievable way. People need to leave this poor girl alone!

Luke Perry's daughter Sophie has been trying her best to move forward in the wake of her father's tragic death from a stroke, but certain Internet trolls don't think she's mourning his loss in the proper way, and she's had it with the criticism.

"Since my dad died I have received a lot of attention online. And most of it has been positive but of course, some people just can’t be nice. And I’m here to say that I did not ask for this attention, I did not ask to be thrown into some virtual spotlight, and while I don’t mean to offend anybody, I’m also not going to cater to any one else’s needs and beliefs. I’m 18," she wrote on Instagram.

"I swear like a sailor and sometimes I dress like a hooker. And I support causes and you may not. And most importantly. I am going to laugh and smile and live my normal life. YES I am hurt and sad and crying and beside myself with what happened to my dad. It’s the worst thing to ever happen in my life. And I am torn the f*ck up over it," she continued.

She then emphasized that her late actor dad wouldn't have wanted her to come unraveled.

"But I’m not going to sit in my room and cry day in and day out until the internet has deemed it appropriate for me to do otherwise. And if you knew my dad you would know he wouldnt want me to. So you shouldn’t either. So to those of you shaming me for my language and my wardrobe and most disgustingly, my grieving process, do us both the favor and just unfollow. It’s a waste of both of your time," she concluded.

Kourtney Kardashian, Scott Disick and Sofia Richie headed to Santa Barbara together for some R&R this past weekend, and it's nice to see that The Lord's ladies can be cordial with one another after all this time!

It's not the first time they've taken a trip as a trio! Kourt joined her baby daddy and his girlfriend over Christmas in Mexico, and they've also all been to Aspen together as a group. It certainly seems the mother-of-three is doing her best to make an effort, as she realizes this relationship isn't going anywhere.

A source tells X17:

"Kourtney didn't bother to get to know Sofia until she realized that she might be her kids' future stepmom. She's shocked their relationship has lasted this long, and now she suspects Scott will pop the question soon. She doesn't want any conflict or drama that could negatively impact the kids, so she's chosen to develop a relationship with Sofia."

That said, LD is freaked out about the idea of proposing!

Another insider told us:

"Scott loves Sofia and doesn't want to lose her, but the whole marriage thing is too much for him to wrap his head around. She's so young and wants kids of her own, but Scott feels like his plate is already too full with three young children. He doesn't know what to do. He's hoping to just go along the way they are as long as possible."

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner dropped by the diamond to watch son Samuel play in a baseball game over the weekend, and we almost couldn't believe our eyes when we saw that Boston hunk rocking a Dodgers hat! We guess his loyalty to the Red Sox doesn't run as deep as we thought!

The former couple aren't letting their romances get in the way of family time, even though they've both found happiness with other people. The Peppermint star's relationship with boyfriend of six months John Miller is getting serious, and the Batman star recently reconciled with ex Lindsay Shookus.

The actor and the SNL producer broke up over the summer when he fell off the wagon before going back to rehab, but now that he's on the straight and narrow, they're giving their romance another go.

"[Ben and Lindsay] are totally back on. They’ve picked up right where they left off," a source dished to Us Weekly.

Still, the same issues remain, like the fact they're based on separate coasts and both have kids that can't relocate.

"He really enjoys spending time with her but his focus will remain his kids and family. I think he’s always been interested in seeing where his relationship with Lindsay could go, but these are two people who are very focused on their families and that distance between New York and L.A. is difficult sometimes," another insider told People.

Khloe Kardashian organized a girls trip to Las Vegas for besties Malika and Khadijah's birthday, and she chartered a private jet to get them to Sin City!

"Happy birthday @malika and @foreverkhadijah !! You ladies are so beyond special!! I thank God for our friendship daily! I hope you are blessed with every beautiful birthday to be better than the one before!! I love you both madly! We are going to have FUN tonight!" the reality star wrote on Instagram.

We're happy to see Koko cutting loose and having fun, after a drama-filled month in the wake of Tristan Thompson and Jordyn Woods' cheating scandal.

The Revenge Body star has since called it quits with the NBA player, and it's breaking her heart that he's not making any efforts to stay in the life of their daughter True.

"Khloe has no plans to take True to see Tristan right now. When Tristan was in LA last in February during his All-Star break, Khloe begged him to see True, and he showed no interest then, so she has no plans to go out of her way to bring True to see Tristan anytime soon. Tristan also hasn’t asked to see True, and Khloe feels so sad for True because of this. She really wishes Tristan would step it up, physically," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

"Given Tristan’s lack of interest in seeing True, Khloe is not worried at all that she’ll have full custody of True, which is of course what she wants. Tristan also travels a ton, which Khloe feels is not in True’s best interest," the source added.
