At the end of the day, you gotta feel sorry for Andrew Silverman ... not only did his wife Lauren leave him for their pal Simon Cowell, but the two welcomed their son Eric this past Valentine's Day. What else are friends for?

The news broke last July that Cowell had gotten Silverman pregnant, and though he remained mum on the news, Andrew is finally speaking out about the events that have unfolded over the last year. Andrew sat down with the New York Observer, and though he doesn't say anything that negative, he makes it clear that he was very hurt.

“It was a very difficult time in my life. I learned a lot, moved forward," Andrew says. "My core business has continued to move forward. I learned a lot about myself as an individual, the importance of family. My focus has been on my son throughout the whole ordeal.”

Though we haven't seen Lauren with the former couple's 8-year-old son Adam, Andrew says she's still very involved as a mother. “I think for both of us, making sure our son has a normal environment is the primary focus,” he added.

“Being in the public spotlight is not something I envy. It’s never been my way,” he continued. “Privacy has tremendous value. I’ve tried to be as quiet as possible even though everyone wants to hear about this hoopla. I just wanted to refocus on what I do. I am a regular person, not a tabloid thing. It was a fascinating experience, unexpected and shocking.”

Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky welcomed twin boys last Friday at Cedars-Sinai hospital in L.A., and now the happy parents are settling in at home and revealing the infants' names with an adorable snapshot of their tiny feet.

"They are already home. Tristan and Sasha arrived in this world 18 March just after the full moon. Complete happiness!!," the Spanish actress captioned the sweet Instagram photo.

Jackson are promoting Captain America: The Winter Soldier in Asia, and yesterday the trio stopped by Beijing, China to attend a fan event at the popular retail and dining complex Taikooli. They then participated in a press conference that was broadcasted live to fans outside, and the stars spent quite a bit of time signing autographs and posting for photos with fans.

Who needs to go to high school when you can just post bikini pics?!

On Monday, 16-year-old reality star Kylie Jenner opted to hit the pool instead of her books. Wearing an orange bikini top and patterned bottoms, the home-schooled teen posted a racy pic from the pool at the Kardashian Kompound in Calabasas, Calif. We're so proud of the youngest Jenner, as she follows along in her selfie-loving sisters' footsteps. Heck, at this rate -- she'll be making a sex tape of her own in no time. Kris must be so proud!

In November, the teen did an interview with Ryan Seacrest and during it he asked her how many hours of school she does a day.

"I do like three to four," Kylie said, adding, "[Then] I usually work. I’m pretty busy all day."

Later in the day, Kylie was able to drag herself from all her hard "work" at the pool and made a trip to the mall in Calabasas with her older sister Kendall and a crew of kids. They're probably all just having a major study session on Moby Dick or something. Or maybe not ...

On Tuesday Taylor Swift was snapped out and about in New York City, and the 24-year-old country starlet has had a lot on her schedule as of late!

Over the weekend Swift stopped by the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in N.Y.C. to visit with young fans, and while she was only scheduled to spend an hour there, she ended up staying for nearly five. Swift, who was named the most charitable celeb of 2013, spent 20 minutes chatting with Shelby Huff, a young girl suffering from post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease.

Huff's mother released a sweet statement on the Facebook page for her daughter and wrote, "We are still in awe, Taylor Swift is a class act all around, she was so sweet, compassionate, asked US questions, got on skype with my other daughter, stayed in our room and talked with us and was completely down to earth. She hung out with us for at least 15-20 minutes. She was "scheduled" to be on our floor for 1 hour, but was here for 4.5 hours instead. Thank you Taylor, you are a beautiful woman inside and out!!"
