This flick is going to be good!
Halle Berry stars in the upcoming movie
Frankie And Alice, and it's almost like she had to play three roles, because her character is based on a stripper with multiple personality disorder.
The actress suffers from two different alter egos in the film. One is a brilliant 7-year-old child and another is a Southern racist white woman. She eventually ends up in a mental institution, where doctors struggle to save her from herself.
She might have another Oscar nomination on her hands for this one!

Great actor and charitable to boot! Leonardo DiCaprio's foundation has just granted $3 million to Oceana, which, according to their website is, "the largest international organization focused solely on ocean conservation."
“Protecting our planet’s oceans and the marine species that call it home is one of the most pressing sustainability crises facing humanity today and a moral imperative that we must acknowledge,” DiCaprio said.
“It’s my hope that this grant will help Oceana continue the tremendous work that they do daily on behalf of our oceans.”
DiCaprio’s grant will also aid the charity's efforts to advocate for responsible fishing measures, including the effort to ban drift gillnets, which are mile-long nets that catch swordfish and thresher sharks in California but also kill a large number of other marine animals.
The $3 million grant is set to be spread over three years and is the first marine conservation grant made following the foundation’s 11th Hour Charity Auction hosted at Christie’s last year.
Justin Winters, Executive Director of the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, said, “We are excited to support Oceana’s efforts to win real policy change and protection for vital habitats and species throughout the Pacific and Arctic Oceans.”
Sounds like a great cause to us! Kudos to Leo for his help trying to change the environment.

James Franco penned a lengthy article for the
New York Times about Shia LaBeouf's bizarre behavior, and he says he's willing to take an "empathetic view" on the situation, as he understands where the
Transformers star is coming from.
In the piece, titled "Why Actors Act Out," James throws around names like Marlon Brando and Joaquin Phoenix and explains how serious thespians often feel the need to break away from the identity they've created for themselves. Still, he isn't that close to Shia, as evident from his remark that "this behavior could be a sign of many things, from a nervous breakdown to mere youthful recklessness."
James continues, "Any artist, regardless of his field, can experience distance between his true self and his public persona. But because film actors typically experience fame in greater measure, our personas can feel at the mercy of forces far beyond our control. Our rebellion against the hand that feeds us can instigate a frenzy of commentary that sets in motion a feedback loop: acting out, followed by negative publicity, followed by acting out in response to that publicity, followed by more publicity, and so on." Oh, those
poor film actors! We feel so bad that they're forced to jet all over the world to make and promote movies while being paid more than most of us will see in a lifetime...
"Mr. LaBeouf has been acting since he was a child, and often an actor’s need to tear down the public creation that constrains him occurs during the transition from young man to adult," James concluded. "I think Mr. LaBeouf’s project, if it is a project, is a worthy one. I just hope that he is careful not to use up all the good will he has gained as an actor in order to show us that he is an artist."
We're not anti-Shia, especially after
meeting him at his #IAMSORRY art show the other day, but do you agree with James?

That doesn't look good!
Not even a cold sore can get between Rachel Zoe and her shopping! The mom of two sported a long, sweater, black pants, an oversized scarf, knee-high boots and one nasty mouth sore for a trip to Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Yikes!
The 42-year-old stylist to the stars was weighed down by a bounty of bags from high end baby boutique Bel Bambini. Looks like she picked up a few fab essentials for baby Kaius Jagger, who was born in December. With all those bags, we wonder if Rachel left anything in the store!
We're sure the cold sore will be gone soon -- and the fashionista will be back in fighting form in no time!

They're baaaack!
Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill reprise their roles as undercover officers for the sequel to 21 Jump Street, and while they went to high school for the first one, they're going to college this time around!
The funny men pose as college freshman in order to infiltrate a fraternity drug ring, and this plot promises to be just as funny, if not funnier, than the original!
"We're like a power couple," Tatum says to Hill in one scene, to which he responds: "We're like Rihanna and Chris Brown. You're a good dancer, sometimes you're meaner than I'd like you to be."
We can't wait to see this!

She sure knows how to put on a brave face!
Brandi Glanville made an appearance on
Extra yesterday to promote her new book
Drinking And Dating, and the reality star seemed like she was in a good mood despite her recent war of words with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian!
The
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed that the TV actor, who left her for Leann Rimes, was asking for child support, but he insists her accusations aren't true and she's simply trying to drum up publicity.
"There is no truth to the claims that Eddie has requested child support from Brandi now, nor will he ever request child support from his ex-wife. The notion is preposterous. This is yet another ploy for self-promotion," his rep told
Us Weekly in a statement.
She sure knows how to grab headlines!

On Wednesday evening Nicki Minaj nearly flew under our radar when she covered up her famous face (and booty!) at the airport. We're thinking the bootylicious singer/rapper might be keeping a low profile after the controversy she stirred up last week by using a picture of Malcolm X on the cover of her new single, "Lookin A** N****"...
Last week Malcolm's daughter Ilyasah Shabazz expressed her disapproval with the situation, and CMG Worldwide, the company in charge of licensing for the Malcolm X estate, called Minaj's use of the 1964 photo "dehumanizing" and added, "This is a family photo that was taken out of context in a totally inaccurate and tasteless way." Not only that, but a lawyer representing the family demanded that the photo be removed immediately and "failure to do so within the next 24 hours will result in legal action." Yikes!
Minaj deleted the photo from her Instagram page but it's still up on her website. I guess it makes a little more sense as to why she wasn't in the mood to chat with photogs last night! Glad that teddy bear is getting put to good use:

Hottie with a body!
Kylie Jenner might be the least famous of the Kardashian clan, but she grabbed our attention by posting this selfie of her in a bikini!
"So.. Is it summer?" she captioned the snapshot.
The 16-year-old is normally inseparable from her sister, but Kendall has been busy lately taking the fashion world by storm! After walking in the Marc Jacobs show during New York Fashion Week, she jetted to London to model in the Giles show.
We kind of feel bad for Kylie that she's getting left behind!
