Considering all the crazy film and TV roles he's had over the past year, it is a bit of a surprise to see Matthew McConaughey (mostly) clean-shaven and wearing a suit!

On Wednesday the actor made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote his latest projects (he blew us away in Dallas Buyers Club and he's continuing to do so in HBO's amazing series True Detective), and of course Jimmy brought up the Oscars, which are right around the corner.

Jimmy joked, "We gotta prepare you to win an Academy Award because you know you're going to win, right?" Matty shook his head, but after a brief discussion about True Detective, Jimmy went for it again. "I feel as though you deserve to win the Academy Award, not just because of your performance but also, you starved yourself almost to death ... I feel like just based on that alone you should get it."

The 44-year-old actor laughed and said no, and he added that losing 40 pounds wasn't just to look like the character he was playing, but to understand him. "Doing that for five months put me in a place where I was able to study and surround myself with everything Ron Woodruff, everything about HIV and AIDs at that time -- it was perfect tool -- I didn't even know it would be until I was doing it."

Still, Jimmy wasn't willing to give up about the star taking home the prize for Best Actor, and he asked how the father of three was planning on topping his Golden Globes acceptance speech. "I feel like you wasted your A material on the Golden Globes, and you should've saved it for the Oscars," Jimmy exclaimed. "You have a lot to live up to!" So what does Matty have in mind? After X17 photographed Kim Kardashian in a pair of skintight suede pants last week, websites and magazines seemed to go wild with stories about what the reality starlet had done to enhance her butt. Hey, we never suggested she had anything altered -- we were just marveling at the size and shape of her rear!

While Kim previously had X-rays done to confirm that she doesn't have implants, Closer magazine is making the claim that she did something else to plump up her shapely booty. “Kim hasn’t had implants. She’s had the fat from her tummy and thighs taken out by lipo, then injected into her bottom,” a source tells the tabloid. ”She’s always been obsessed with her bottom, and friends think she had a top-up treatment on it since giving birth. On a good day she loves her bum and boobs, but some days she wishes she was taller and slimmer.”

So what's Kim's response? The irate starlet tweeted last night:

I’m seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt implants-injections. Get a life! Using pics of me 15lbs skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now! I still have weight to lose. Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it is to lose weight(especially the last bit of weight) & your body totally changes! Making fun of me pregnant & making fun of me trying to lose weight now shame on you. I’m not perfect but I will never conform to your skinny standards sorry! Not me. And BTW I’ve lost a lot so far & I’m proud of that! Don’t give young girls a complex!"

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher tried to maintain a low profile when they landed at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday evening, but that was next to impossible as they approached the exit. The duo chatted and laughed as they walked through the terminal, but as soon as the former That 70s Show co-stars spotted photographers, they went into stealth mode...

Mila doesn't talk much about their relationship, but the other day she spoke out about one of their date night routines with Cosmopolitan. "I'll tell you -- we have a thing called white T-shirt night and it's when you wear jeans and a white T-shirt and you go on a date," she said. "Nothing fancy, it's just something that you love to do. And whether that's bowling or dinner or going to a cheese shop and have some wine or walking around. I think that's just the best thing to do -- and sometimes it's just nice to stay home."

Still, despite all the rumors, she's not wearing an engagement ring:

Shayne Lamas has spoken out after a traumatic week in which she suffered a miscarriage and spent several days in the hospital.

The reality starlet said in a statement:

"Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. I've cried reading the expression of generosity and warmth from everyone. I'm out of ICU at Mission Viejo Hospital. I cannot thank the medical staff here enough for not giving up on me. Thank you to my father and his wife, my mother, my sisters, my grandmother and New York family, my husband's family, and to my husband for never leaving my sid. Nik, your strength can never be measured. I love you. To everyone out there, please donate blood. You can save a life like mine. In loving memory of my son, Rex Jagger Lamas-Richie."

Lamas reportedly collapsed at her Orange County home last week, and during emergency surgery she lost her baby. Lamas' husband Nik Richie previously said in a statement, "You saved your mother's life with your passing and I will never forget how much this means to me, R.J. In family, we sacrifice for each other. You gave your life for us. You showed me how to love. I need you to know that I held you, spoke to you, kissed you and that you'll be remembered. You are perfect. You will always be my son. I'm proud of you, always. I love you, Rex Jagger Lamas-Richie."

This is so sad! Hoping Shayne has a speedy recovery...

We're glad Khloe and Kendall are getting some exercise, but a) maybe they should have brought along their brother Rob and b) isn't the camera crew tagging along kinda defeating the whole purpose of enjoying what should be a peaceful and quiet way to burn some calories?

On Wednesday afternoon Khloe and Kendall went for a hike in the Hollywood hills, and in addition to camera, lighting and audio techs, Kendall's gorgeous Great Dane puppy joined the group. The ladies showed off their fab figures in spandex, and keep in mind, Khloe had already hit the gym earlier in the day ... she must have been exhausted!

Orlando Bloom carried his son Flynn out of Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday afternoon, and the boys were in a great mood when X17 photographers snapped their photo.

Orly is in town to rehearse for a special performance with his Romeo & Juliet co-star Condola Rashad and the Simon Bolivar Symphony Orchestra at the Walt Disney Concert Hall next week. The concert is set for February 26, and it will include selections from Shakespeare plays that inspired Tchaikovsky, and it will be part of the Los Angeles Philharmonic's TchaikovskyFest series of concerts. Very different from Lord of the Rings!

Olivia Wilde was in a great mood after dinner with two gal pals at Hugo's in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening, and the actress showed off her big baby bump in a tight tee and black skinnies. Though it seems like it was just the other day that she confirmed her pregnancy, Olivia's due date is less than 6 weeks away -- time flies!

And that's not the only thing she has going on this spring! The starlet is gearing up to promote her new film, Better Living Through Chemistry, which will be released next month. The film is about a pharmacist (played by Sam Rockwell) whose "uneventful life spirals out of control when he starts an affair with a trophy wife customer who takes him on a joyride involving sex, drugs and possibly murder." Of course, Olivia plays the trophy wife ... can't wait for this one!

Khloe Kardashian is tough stuff! Showing her allegiance with her choice of clothing, the single reality star went to the gym on Tuesday and donned a Blood Money Entertainment -- it even had a customized "Khloe" embroidered on it!

The little-known Blood Money Entertainment describes itself as, "A Fast Growing Hip Hop Entertainment company and independent record label with a well sort after roster of raw talented artist."

Khloe is keeping her head held high in the wake of recent news that her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, is moving to Spain. The former Los Angeles Laker has signed two-month contract with Laboral Kutxa, a pro team in Spain. ESPN is reporting that the deal includes an option to extend the contract for the remainder of the season.

"We're very happy to have signed a very important player who has had a long and fruitful career in the NBA," Laboral Kutxa President Josean Querejeta said in a statement. "We've worked very hard over the last couple of days to make this happen, we felt we needed a boost and had to break the collective cloud that has been hanging over us over the last while [sic] so we could get back to winning."

The former reality star has been a free agent since the end of the 2012-2013 season.

Khloe filed for divorce on Dec. 13, 2013, after months of speculation that Lamar had been both cheating and using drugs.

Despite the hard times -- the 29-year-old reality star has been hitting the gym on a consistent basis and has never looked better! Romance rumors have linked her to The Game and Matt Kemp -- although she has not confirmed a relationship with either. We think Khloe is a total catch and we're pretty sure she will have a new man in new time!
