This is still so surreal!

Philip Seymour Hoffman left his entire estate to his estranger partner Mimi O'Donnell in a will drafted back in 2004, TMZ reports.

The document also revealed that the late actor requested his son Cooper (his only child at the time) be raised in Manhattan so he could grow up around culture and the arts. If living in New York City wasn't an option for whatever reason, the Oscar winner requested that Chicago or San Francisco be the alternatives, or that the now 10-year-old at least visited the cities twice a year.

Nowhere in the will was there a mention of Hollywood, which makes it pretty clear PSH wanted his offspring to stay far away from Los Angeles.

The former couple went on to have daughters Tallulah, 7, and Willa, 5, so these stipulations probably apply to them as well.

At least his family will be financially taken care of.

Nicole Richie got the VIP treatment on Tuesday night when she was brought onstage during Britney Spears Las Vegas show, and she unleashed her inner fangirl when she held up a concert tee and freaked out in front of the pop star.

Richie also crawled around on the stage while Spears walked her on a leash, and she got to hang with the singer after the show as well. "Can we all give a round of applause to @NicoleRichie for playing along in the show tonight?" Spears tweeted this morning. "U looked hot crawling on all fours." Richie later tweeted, "Am I alive?"

On Tuesday, a report surfaced that Vanity Fair 's "epic takedown" of Gwyneth Paltrow which famously squashed was set to highlight an affair the Oscar winner was having with entertainment lawyer Kevin Yorn. The more and more we hear about what was to be in VF's Gwynnie takedown, the angrier we are that it will never see the light of day! Blast you Graydon Carter for letting that lankly blonde walk all over you!

The Oscar winner's representatives have denied the report which is believed to have emerged on Whisper, a new secret-sharing app, "The story is completely false. Gwyneth knows Kevin casually through business contacts."

The rep added, "She is not at all romantically connected to him."

Earlier this month, the mag's famous editor-in-chief opened up about the much talked-about, now-defunct article that had been planned on Chris Martin's lady love, saying that he had initially wanted to do a piece on her because he noticed that people, "tended to have passionate opinions on the actress."

Unfortunately, the mom-of-two was having none of it and Graydon explained that it sparked her to write an email to all of her friends calling a ban on Vanity Fair, an action he described to be worthy of North Korean despot, Kim Jong-Un.

"What began so innocently quickly took a turn, however," wrote Graydon in his monthly Editor's Letter. "Once the story was assigned, the writer reached out to Paltrow’s representatives and friends, and Paltrow sent the now-infamous email to her show-business pals."

Whether this story has merit or not -- we don't know -- but we do know Gwyneth is probably really glad she used her mighty force to squash it the mag from ever printing a word of the rumors!

The ultimate cougar strikes again!

Demi Moore was spotted "flirting up a storm" with 23-year-old actor Alex Pettyfer at an L.A. club last Saturday night, Popdust reports.

The 51-year-old actress was rumored to be dating 27-year-old musician Sean Friday after they were spotted on vacation together recently, but apparently she's now set her sights on the Magic Mike hottie.

"It was like they were long lost lovers. Alex actually picked Demi up off the ground and swung her around, and then he kept both arms wrapped around her waist as they caught up," a source told the celebrity site.

It sounds like they couldn't deny the attraction, either!

"There was major chemistry between them, they were flirting up a storm. And, it's got to be said, despite the age difference they make a really hot couple," the insider added.

On Tuesday night Paris Hilton enjoyed a belated birthday celebration with her parents Rick and Kathy at Dan Tana's in West Hollywood, and she may be the girl with everything, but it looks like her mom and dad were still able to surprise her with some sweet gifts. And that blue and black chevron stripe dress? Loves!

Kathy brought cookies decorated like two of Paris' chihuahuas, and not only were there balloons and a beautifully decorated birthday cake, but there was plenty of Chanel for the b-day girl. P Instagrammed photos from their dinner and wrote, "Thanks @KathyHilton & @RickHilton7 for my beautiful birthday presents!"

Paris is headed to Miami, and we're guessing the celebrating will continue through the weekend...

How the tides have shifted!

Brandi Glanville's husband famously left her for Leann Rimes, and now that she's a successful reality star and author, she's dishing the dirt on their strained relationship. Specifically, that the TV actor is asking her for child support!

Although he's now married to the super wealthy country singer, the Playboy Club star apparently asked his ex for money, and she didn't hold back from spilling the details in her new book Drinking And Dating.

Not only that, but the former model was forced to defend herself after critics slammed her for divulging too many personal details about her failed relationship with the father of her children.

"Everytime I take 1 step frwd I get a lawyers letter that takes me 3 steps back so wen people say move on, I say 2 my ex LET ME! Just STOP," she wrote on Twitter.

"Im not taking cheap shots at my ex in my new book cuz its all true, &now mr fancy new cars & house man is asking ME for child support!Uknownada," she continued.

She shouldn't have gotten involved with that loser in the first place!

On Tuesday. Jason Biggs and wife Jenny Mollen welcomed a baby boy named Sid. Congrats to the new paretns!

"His name is Sid Biggs. He is 8 pounds, 8 ounces and 21.25 inches long,"Mollen told Us Weekly. "Born Feb. 15 at 5:33 p.m. Ended up having to have an unplanned C-section. Delivered at Cedars Sinai."

The new mom couldn't help but most a plethora of both pics and video from the delivery.

"Sid Biggs. Full head of hair, huge penis, 10k twitter followers. #babybiggs," Mollen captioned a pic of their sleeping son.

On July 17, 2013, the 35-year-old American Pie actor announced that the duo was expecting their first child together during an appearance on Chelsea Lately.

The Orange is the New Black star and the actress Mollen, who is set to appear on this season of Girls, met in 2008 when they costarred in My Best Friend's Girl. The dup got engaged in January 2008 and were married three months later in Los Angeles.

Justin Bieber will be deposed and questioned about his bodyguard's attack on photographer Jeffrey Binion in Miami in 2013, People reports.

The singer allegedly ordered his security team to rough up Binion and take his film card, and now Binion's lawyers want to question JB about the specific incident and other incidents relating to the 19-year-old's bad behavior. Although JB's lawyers tried to block the deposition, their request was denied, and the judge also denied their attempt to keep the scheduled videotaped deposition session private.

"The Binion lawsuit is totally without merit, as are the recent Miami DUI and Toronto assault cases where Justin has been wrongfully accused. These cases are all in the early stages of [legal procedure]. We choose to litigate them through the courts instead of the media," Bieber's lawyer Howard Weitzman said in a statement.

The Biebs is sure racking up some dough in legal fees!
