We're not sure why Jennifer Garner looks so annoyed here, but we have a few theories...

On Monday afternoon the actress grabbed a few caffeinated beverages from Starbucks in Brentwood, and while she was on coffee duty, hubby Ben Affleck puffed away on a cigarette from the driver's seat of his vintage Chevy. Um, gross!

The couple's three kids were nowhere near them, but is Jen really ok with Ben smoking? This isn't the first time we've caught him getting his nicotine fix...

The 86th Academy Awards nominees luncheon was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday afternoon, and some of Hollywood's biggest names came out for the annual soiree.

Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Amy Adams and Sandra Bullock were among the famous ladies at the bash, and gents included Matthew McConaughey, Ethan Hawke and Jonah Hill. Jennifer Lawrence was noticeably absent (as was Julia Roberts, though she likely cancelled her appearance due to the sudden death of her half-sister Nancy), and though Leonardo DiCaprio was there, he managed to sneak past our photogs but we did get a quick video of him. Typical ... but he really is making the rounds this season, so maybe this will finally be his year?

"Please, get to the stage quickly—really quickly," Oscars co-producer Craig Zadan instructed the nominees. Winners will be given 45 seconds to to speak, and Zadan suggested that stars skip reading "from a list written on a piece of paper" and instead give a speech that is "personal, funny and heartfelt." Easier said than done...

And we're not just saying this because we want him to win for Dallas Buyers Club, but Jared Leto (and his unbuttoned shirt) pretty much made our day:

For someone who has the tendency to have some Kanye West-worthy meltdowns, Shia LaBeouf certainly seemed pretty calm at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday afternoon.

The 27-year-old actor was returning from the Berlin Film Festival, where he premiered Lars von Trier's latest film Nymphomaniac - Volume 1, and his antics at the film fest included giving weird quotes during an interview and wearing a paper bag on his head on the red carpet.

At a news conference LaBeouf was reportedly asked to describe his thoughts on starring in a movie with a lot of very graphic sex scenes, and he quoted soccer star Eric Cantona and said, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea." LaBeouf then left before anyone could make any sense of his reply, and it should be noted that this isn't the first time he's, ahem, borrowed a quote or idea from someone...

So what about the paper bag incident? On the red carpet he wore a tuxedo ... and a brown bag over his head with eye holes and the message "I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE" scrawled on the front in black marker. Strange as it may seem, LaBeouf has tweeted this message every day since January 20...

Is he pulling a Joaquin Phoenix on us or does someone need to 5150 him?

Julia Roberts' half-sister Nancy Motes was found dead on Sunday, her family confirmed in a statement to the NY Daily News.

"It is with deep sadness that the family of Nancy Motes ... confirms that she was found dead in Los Angeles yesterday of an apparent drug overdose," the statement read. "There is no official report from the Coroner's office yet. The family is both shocked and devastated."

Lieutenant Fred Corral of the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office added in a statement:

"Nancy Motes was found dead at a residence in the bathroom yesterday, pronounced dead by the LA Fire Department at 2:12 PM yesterday. Not sure whose residence it was. She was found in a bathtub that had water in it. We're taking it as a suicide, not a drowning. She's being examined today. We are waiting for the doctor to provide his findings. There were prescription and non-prescription drugs found at the scene. Cannot tell you what those drugs were. The role the drugs may or may not have played is not yet known. The investigator at the scene listed at this point that he is going with suicide and we are waiting for the doctor to finish the examination. We haven't gotten anything yet."

Motes was the youngest sibling of Julia and Eric Roberts, and though the relationship between the sisters wasn't perfect, Motes revealed in an interview with the NY Daily News last August, "We're both trying to change our opinions of each other ... I love Julia absolutely, and I have no doubt she loves me."

Um, wow! We've seen it a thousand times before, but it never gets old and right now the only words that come to mind were already spoken many years ago in our fav Sir Mix A Lot song.

On Monday afternoon X17 photographers snapped Kim Kardashian on her way to a meeting in Calabasas, and at first glance we thought she was wearing a classy winter outfit, but then we got a peek of her pants from the back! Ugh, is Kanye behind this? On the plus side, we do love the fact that her hair is back to her natural color -- we were never really too fond of her as a blonde...

Earlier in the day the reality TV starlet replied to questions from fans about her living arrangements, and one girl asked, "Kim, you have enough money to rent a place, why aren't you living in place of your own?" Kim's reply? "I truly didnt think our house would take this long. But now I love living here. It has everything I could ever need, and I love spending all of this time with my mom and sisters. I will be definitely ready to go when our house is finally done but going to miss it too. Nothing better than the whole family seeing our daughter daily!"

Still, you know she's itching to move in to her Bel Air pad with Yeezy...

We never thought we'd see Victoria Beckham wearing anything but bandage dresses and 6" heels, but times have changed -- and so have the clothes she designs!

On Monday afternoon the former Spice Girl left an office building in New York City and headed back to her hotel, and she wore a surprisingly baggy skirt with a longsleeve top with (gasp!) thumb holes. Posh turns 40 this spring, so maybe she's finally ditching the skintight dresses and going for the more relaxed look? Not like she can't still pull off more form-fitting designs, but this is definitely a departure from what she usually wears!

Bekcham had her fall/winter 2014 show yesterday for New York Fashion Week, and while she received solid reviews, her collection had a similar feel to this look with loose garments and pleats. "[H]er customers might like to see her collection more hot and a little less haute," wrote the New York Times. We kinda agree!

In a sad turn of events, former Bachelor star Shayne Lamas is currently in the hospital after losing her baby following a complication with her pregnancy. But despite reports that the reality star is in a coma, her father, actor Lorenzo Lamas, has released a statement saying that she is conscious and stable.

"We are so grateful that my daughter, Shayne Lamas-Richie, is conscious and stable. She is not in a coma, however she did miscarry the child she was carrying. We are so very grateful to the hospital personnel and the doctors who saved her life last night.

The former reality star reportedly collapsed at her Orange County home, and subsequently the paramedics were called. The reality star was taken to the hospital and had emergency surgery due to complications with the pregnancy. During the surgery, the Bachelor season 12 winner lost the baby.

Lamas and husband Nik Richie already have one child together. The duo welcomed daughter Press Dahl Lamas-Richie in November 2011.

Sources are also confirming that Shayne's father and husband are by her side at the hospital.

On Sunday Miley Cyrus danced up a storm at a rehearsal for her Bangerz tour here in Los Angeles, and lucky for us she shared a few snapshots on Instagram!

The 21-year-old starlet showed off her amazing bod in a pair of bodysuits, and while her booty is nothing new at this point, we can't stop (and we won't stop) staring at it. But if she's already exposing this much of her bum during an onstage twerkfest, why not just wear a thong leotard? With tights underneath it wouldn't that different from what she's wearing here, and she definitely has the body for it!

Miley's tour kicks off on Valentine's Day at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, and after that she has 37 dates in North America and 18 shows in Europe. Can't wait!
