This is so heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time...

Lea Michele was dealt arguably the biggest blow of her life when boyfriend Cory Monteith tragically overdosed at the age of 31 this past July, but she coped with her grief by believing that her late boyfriend was looking down on her even though he's gone, she tells the new issue of Teen Vogue.

"I somehow feel the insane love Cory and I had for each other morphed into this strength that I have right now. There's just something about knowing he's watching everything I'm doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him. I also have a safety net below me - if I fall or if it's too much, my friends and family will be there to catch me," she explains to the mag.

Embarking on a music career with a new album, the Glee actress reveals that it was her former beau who encouraged her to go after her dreams.

"During Glee, I felt like I was scratching that itch of being an artist. I was at a great place in my life and I was so unbelievably happy - my relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more. So I was like, 'I'm going to challenge myself and do this record now'," she gushes.

John Mayer jetted out of Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday morning, and the singer avoided questions about when he might be proposing to girlfriend Katy Perry.

Though there were rumors that John and Katy got engaged earlier this month when the two went to Hawaii with a handful of their friends, we have yet to see a ring or get any confirmation from either of the star's camps that they're getting hitched.

Still, it's about time! Not only have they been together for a year and a half (which in Hollywood is an eternity), but they've done a music video together and they even posed for a series of lovey dovey photos for the song's album cover!

Lady Gaga certainly knows how to her fans on their toes! Rocking a platinum wig with blunt bangs, the 27-year-old popstar doesn't disappoint in her new promo for O2 Priority.

The 60-second clip kicks off with a huge explosion in a warehouse as Mother Monster hatches from a gigantic silver ball as her song, "Applause", pulsates in the background. Gaga then struts her stuff through the warehouse wearing a glittering, '80s-style tuxedo jacket and signature sky-high boots. The "Do What U Want" singer then appears to be running -- a feat only Gaga could manage in those boots!

The ad is for priority tickets for Gaga's concert at London's O2 Arena on Oct. 23, 2014. Tickets go on sale to the general public on February 8.

Nominations for the 49th annual Academy of Country Music Awards are in! Veterans Miranda Lambert and Tim McGraw each garnered seven nominations; Keith Urban got six nods and everyone's favorite boy-crazy crooner Taylor Swift walked away with five noms.

Country music "It" girl and recent Grammy winner Kacey Musgraves also earned five nominations. Taylor better watch out -- there's a new country girl in town!

The show, hosted by Shelton and Luke Bryan will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April. 6 on CBS.

Justin Bieber's new lady friend Chantel Jeffries is livid over online reports that she has a lengthy rap sheet, and in between sucking up to Biebs and posting sexy selfies on Instagram, she had some time to speak out and clarify her sketchy past. As you may already know, this is the chick who was riding shotgun in Bieber's rented Lamborghini when he was busted last week for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving on an expired license.

The New York Daily News and The Daily Mail claimed that the 21-year-old hottie was arrested a total of five times (including busts for assault with a deadly weapon and reckless driving), but her lawyer Matt Morgan said that her misdemeanor assault charge was dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that incident, which occurred when she was 18, he says she's only had "traffic violations."

Chantel added in a statement to E! News:

"I have been overwhelmed by the negative attention I have recently received in the media. My family and I are particularly upset about the false accusations which have been published concerning my criminal history. For the record, I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form. I am a full-time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now. What has happened to me is wrong. I want people in general, and the media in particular, to consider the impact their disparaging comments have on the individual; especially when their comments are inaccurate."

Jeffries is also denying claims that she was trying to sell Bieber out after the NY Post reported that she “trying to sell her story for $20,000 — but abruptly pulled out of TV interviews after spending the weekend with the 19-year-old pop star in Panama.”

A spokesperson for Jeffries said, “Chantel's attorney and I received multiple appearance requests for Chantel, as you can imagine. None were for compensation, especially not $20,000. None were accepted. The Today Show was the only one that was being even remotely considered, and they do not pay for their news.”

Wonder how long she's going to last with Biebs? If it's not Selena, he has a habit of ditching chicks pretty quickly...
