Gwyneth Paltrow showed some skin last night at Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer in a David Koma cutout dress, and the actress let her true beauty shine by opting to wear minimal makeup.

The charity is close to the blonde bombshell's heart, since her dad Bruce died of the disease back in 2002.

The Oscar winner has previously explained how her father's passing contributed to her quest for a healthier lifestyle.

"All I've learned about nutrition and health came from his cancer. I'll probably have a long and healthy life because he didn't," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2012.

If anyone can kick cancer's butt, it's the Goop queen!

Oscar winners Anne Hathaway and Reese Witherspoon were looking absolutely fab last night at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer Event, which was hosted by Reese and husband Jim Toth. Lookin' good ladies!

Anne opted for an upscale casual ensemble consisting of an edgy studded blazer, black t-shirt and embellished, pointed toe heels. There's been a lot of talk of The "Les Miserables" star's style since she recently split with celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe. This event is Anne's first appearance with rumored new stylist Penny Lovell -- and we think the new duo knocked it out of the park with this one. This could be the beginning of a beautiful partnership!

Meanwhile, Reese was bright and bold in her low-cut orange Roland Mouret dress. The mother-of-three added simple touches with gold stilettos, a bracelet and drop earrings along with her wedding and engagement rings.

The gals joined Heidi Klum, Selena Gomez, Christina Aguilera, Gwyneth Paltrow and Diane Kruger at the glittering charity event.

Elusive couple Katy Perry and John Mayer even made an appearance at the event. In fact, Jennifer Aniston, who usually helps man the phones, was noticably absent. Maybe because of her ex? Geez -- she can't attend any events anymore ... all the awards shows are out because Brad will be there and now she can't even support her favorite charity because she'll run into John? Yeesh!

We're totally willing to forgive Selena Gomez for her horrendous pants after getting a peek at the white BCBG Max Azria jumpsuit she wore to the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event in Culver City last night!

While Justin Bieber has been busy getting arrested and frolicking on the beach with his trashtastic new lady friend, Selena has been keeping it classy back at home, attending charity events and grabbing coffee with her gal pals.

In other news, there's a rumor going around that the 21-year-old singer/actress and 17-year-old musician Austin Mahone are an item. Mutual friend Taylor Swift reportedly set them up, and a source tells Us Weekly that "they’re seeing each other." Rumors first surfaced that the two were dating when they were spotted at Disneyland ... Um, she sure likes 'em young!

Drew Barrymore had all eyes on her when showed off her adorable baby bump with a long-sleeved polka dot dress at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event hosted by Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim Toth on Tuesday night.

The free-spirited star, who is already mother to daughter Olive, accessorized her fun frock with a yellow clutch. In November, the Going the Distance star and hubby Will Kopelman announced their second pregnancy and confirmed they were executing a baby girl.

Drew admitted recently that she has no intention of cutting back on her snacks as she is enjoying embracing her figure.

Recently, the 38-year-old told Ellen DeGeneres that she planned on fulling indulging on her pregnancy cravings: "I just eat everything I want, which isn't healthy. I'm bigger this time than my first time. My doctor the other day was like, 'Yeah, so I think maybe pull back. A little bit.'"

She went on, "I was like, really? I thought I was doing great. I still fit into those jeans - they hurt when I wear them -- but I still fit into them. I don't ever pose, 'I'm just so fabulous and I lose it like that.' I want to enjoy the pasta right now! What's 10 lbs?"

Miley Cyrus taped her MTV special Unplugged last night at the Sunset Gower Studios in L.A., and the 21-year-old was joined on stage by the one-and-only Madonna!

Rumors the two would perform together surfaced yesterday, and we're so glad it was true!

The "Wrecking Ball" singer and Queen Madge belted out some of the biggest hits from both of their various albums, and let's just say the twerking queen was starstruck by the pop icon!

"That was pretty f**king cool, you guys. It sounds super-lame, but as a pop star it's pretty cool performing with Madonna... Today was one of those days that it was really easy to get out of bed, put on a bikini and sing with Madonna," Miss Cyrus told the crowd.

The whole night was a Western-theme in honor of the Tennessee native!

We're not sure what inspired her to get her early-2000s bod back, but kudos to Christina Aguilera!

On Tuesday evening the 33-year-old singer and her steady boyfriend Matthew Rutler stepped out in Culver City, and Xtina showed off her svelte frame in a Theory top, slim black pants and a pair of peep toe Loubs. Not sure about the hat, but hey...

So how did she drop the pounds? In addition to limiting alcohol, Christina now avoids heavy foods and instead favors snacking on low-carb options. She'll munch on blueberries, half an avocado and turkey bacon for breakfast, and when it comes to in between meals, she likes celery with almond butter and shrimp...obviously not all together though. For lunch, she's eating high protein salads without dressing, and for dinner, she eats chicken or fish curry and occasionally splurges with a glass of wine.

Despite the gifs all over the web showing Taylor Swift losing Album of the Year (and the other three Grammy Awards for which she was nominated on Sunday night), we'd like to point out that a) she was one of the best dressed there, b) she's only 24 and she's already won seven Grammys and c) she has a net worth of $200 million, so we don't feel too bad for her!

On Monday T. Swizzle attended the after party for the premiere of Zac Efron's new movie That Awkward Moment at Lucky Strike in Hollywood, and E! News reports that she hung out with Jessica Szohr and Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

On Tuesday afternoon the country cutie boarded a jet at Los Angeles International Airport, and she showed off her slim bod in a pair of purple skinnies and a somewhat mismatched royal purple turtleneck. Despite the color overload, she looked great, and she didn't seem fazed at all by reporters and photographers mobbing her at the entry to the terminal.

Kanye West has reportedly settled with the 18-year-old man he beat up at a chiropractor's office earlier this month for a sum of more than $250,000, reports TMZ.

The District Attorney has not yet decided whether to charge the rapper with battery, but since the alleged victim has agreed to the civil settlement and won't be moving forward with a criminal prosecution, the chances of West actually getting charged with anything are pretty slim.

West allegedly attacked the young man at Hill Chiropractic in Beverly Hills, and after the incident, the teen was photographed heading to the hospital for reported head injuries. The victim attempted to chat with West's fiance Kim Kardashian by calling photographers the N-word, but when the reality star scolded him for his language, he turned on her and screamed, "F*ck you b*tch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid sl*t." An irate Kardashian then called West, who arrived on the scene shortly thereafter, ran into the chiropractor's office and punched the kid in the face.

Though West snuck out the back of the building before talking to police, it sounds like he gave them a statement at some point, because that hasn't been mentioned since they initially confirmed his involvement. Given that the victim allegedly hurled a series of racial insults at Kanye and Kim during the incident, his chances of winning over a jury were also pretty slim, so it sounds like this was a good deal for him.

West's lawyer Shawn Holley has yet to make a formal statement about the case, but TMZ reports that during negotiations the victim's settlement demands "soared to the upper 6 figures." However, West is also facing charges from another incident over the summer in which he assaulted a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport...
