Kanye West has reportedly settled with the 18-year-old man he beat up at a chiropractor's office earlier this month for a sum of more than $250,000, reports TMZ.

The District Attorney has not yet decided whether to charge the rapper with battery, but since the alleged victim has agreed to the civil settlement and won't be moving forward with a criminal prosecution, the chances of West actually getting charged with anything are pretty slim.

West allegedly attacked the young man at Hill Chiropractic in Beverly Hills, and after the incident, the teen was photographed heading to the hospital for reported head injuries. The victim attempted to chat with West's fiance Kim Kardashian by calling photographers the N-word, but when the reality star scolded him for his language, he turned on her and screamed, "F*ck you b*tch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid sl*t." An irate Kardashian then called West, who arrived on the scene shortly thereafter, ran into the chiropractor's office and punched the kid in the face.

Though West snuck out the back of the building before talking to police, it sounds like he gave them a statement at some point, because that hasn't been mentioned since they initially confirmed his involvement. Given that the victim allegedly hurled a series of racial insults at Kanye and Kim during the incident, his chances of winning over a jury were also pretty slim, so it sounds like this was a good deal for him.

West's lawyer Shawn Holley has yet to make a formal statement about the case, but TMZ reports that during negotiations the victim's settlement demands "soared to the upper 6 figures." However, West is also facing charges from another incident over the summer in which he assaulted a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport...

Kate Hudson took a page from the fashion book of Kate Moss!

Hudson made an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show on Tuesday, and the 34-year-old actress embraced her inner rocker chick with a pair of stiletto boots, coated skinnies and a black fur jacket. Hudson is currently promoting her new film Wish I Was Here, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last weekend.

Hudson plays Zach Braff's wife in the film (which he also directs), and when asked what drew her to the project she told The Hollywood Reporter, "We've been wanting to work on something together for a little bit. The script hit me on so many levels, just in terms of relatability to my own family, to my own struggle with my family at times."

And speaking of family, Hudson added during her appearance on Live With Kelly & Michael that she has no plans to walk down the aisle with Muse rocker Matthew Bellamy. "I'm planning nothing right now," she replied when Michael Strahan asked about wedding bells. "I'm so busy, we've been so busy and it's been great. I come from an unconventional family -- they're not married, my parents aren't married. So there's a part of me that goes, if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right. And I'm going to take the time to really plan it right ... And it's a lot. Planning a wedding is a lot! I mean, I did a movie about planning a wedding and that was a lot, let alone actually planning a wedding! So, no. Not anytime soon, no."

Justin Bieber's legal team will face Miami-Dade Judge William Altfield in the County Criminal Division on February 14 on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license. Happy Valentine's Day!

However, "Justin doesn't have to be there," Ed Griffith, a Miami state attorney's office spokesman, said in a statement. "He will plead [not] guilty and the process will begin." Bieber is represented by Roy Black, who has yet to comment on his client's case.

Bieber was arrested for driving under the influence last Thursday when Miami Beach police busted him for speeding on a residential street just after 4am. Bieber admitted to police that he had been drinking, smoking pot and taking prescription medication.

Bieber is currently in Panama with current flame Chantel Jeffries and his entourage, and though his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher have attempted to get him back to the states and in a rehab facility, the 19-year-old pop star has yet to agree to seek treatment. Braun and Usher flew to Panama a few days ago, and on Monday Bieber was reportedly shooting footage for a new music video on the beach.

Taking a page from the Taylor Swift School of Dance, the action star showed off his moves when he posted a sort of bizarre, sort of hilarious, all sorts of awkward 7-minute, 29-second long video on his Facebook page of himself dancing and lip syncing and to both Katy Perry's hit "Dark Horse" and Beyonce's "Drunk in Love." Who knew he was such a fan of pop divas?!

There's over seven minutes of Vin posing and moving for the camera -- which means this is pretty much the most epic selfie of all time!

Vin looks totally sober -- and yet we are perplexed by both his "moves" and his desire to share this awkward clip with millions upon millions of people. But at least we get to see some of 46-year-old's patented moves. Along with the dance-tastic post, Vin wrote the caption, "You know I love music ..." The only thing it looks like buff star loves more than music is videos of himself dancing to music!

Midway through the vid, the "Fast and the Furious" star stops his dance party for one to share a heartfelt message with his 63 million Facebook fans: "Guys, I'm excited, I'm happy. Universal just called me and said Riddick is number one on the DVD charts." He continued, "It's a win for all of us. Really really want to thank you so much…" adding, "Of course Universal said they want to develop the next one." Way to multi-task! We applaud Vin's ability to combine lip syncing and self-promotion together to make one killer vid!

Vinny, while we love a free spirit, we aren't sure that lip syncing to Beyonce and Katy Perry probably the best way to squash those gay rumors -- but whatever your floats your boat! It definitely looks like you are having fun!
