Justin Bieber was busted for driving under the influence during a drag race early this morning in Miami, and on top of that ... he resisted arrest and was driving on an expired license, according to reports.

Driving a yellow Lamborghini, Bieber was stopped by police, given a field sobriety test, which he failed, and was taken into custody. The charge for resisting arrest without violence stems from the singer's refusal to take his hands out of his pockets when police demanded he do so.

The 19-year-old pop star will be taken to jail, booked and processed. Bail will be set and we're guessing his peeps will pony up whatever it takes to get him out asap.

But apparently a certain parking enforcement officer with the city of Beverly Hills isn't a fan of the starlet, because while she was signing autographs and graciously posing for photos following a little bit of retail therapy, he cited her white Lexus LFA!

Ok, so it was just a parking ticket and not a moving violation, but that still had to put a damper on her day, right? Nope! After finding the ticket on her windshield P tweeted, "Such a beautiful day in sunny LA! I love my city!! Incredible day of business meetings! So excited about all my upcoming projects! #Huge #Killingit #Lovingit #YES!"

Yesterday Charlize Theron hit the gym in Beverly Hills, and after her spin class the sweaty starlet gave X17 photographers a serious dose of the crazy eyes. Even Tyra Banks can't compete with this!

And seeing as Sean Penn totally spilled the beans about their romance last week, she's going to be getting all sorts of attention on the red carpet this awards season. Not like she usually doesn't, but we have a feeling every reporter is going to be asking her about her love life.

The other day Piers Morgan essentially confirmed their relationship in a blog post for The Daily Mail’s Event magazine on Saturday, where he chatted about Penn’s January 11 Help Haiti Home gala.

“I walked over to Sean’s table, where he was sitting with his new girlfriend Charlize Theron,” Morgan wrote. “'I’m so glad you two have got together,' I said, 'Sean's a great guy.' 'I know,’ she smiled, putting her hand round his shoulder ... At 2 a.m., Sean came over and bear-hugged me. ’Congrats on a great night,’ I said. ‘And congrats on Charlize too.’” According to Morgan, Penn replied, “She’s a keeper, that’s for sure ... Well, I’ll do my best to keep her anyway!”

So when are they going to make a red carpet appearance together? At the Oscars?

On Wednesday afternoon Kim Kardashian landed at Los Angeles International Airport, and interestingly enough, she was NOT joined by fiance Kanye West.

The two were on Paris over the last week, and though they went to several fashion shows and dinners together, it looks like he's sticking around for a few more days to hang with pal Riccardo Tisci! Kim Instagrammed a pic of the besties last night and wrote, "My guys!"

We're happy that the two are getting some bromance time in the City of Lights, but when is Yeezy going to come back to the states and face the music with the police investigating his involvement in an assault against an 18-year-old boy? As you know, the rapper left the scene of the alleged crime before cops had a chance to chat with him, and it seems like he jetted off to Fashion Week before sitting down with them as well.

West allegedly attacked the young man at a chiropractor's office in Beverly Hills last Monday, and after the incident, the teen was photographed heading to the hospital. As the story goes, the victim attempted to make conversation with Kim, used the N-word when referring to the photographers following her, and then got mad when Kim scolded him for his language. He then (reportedly) called Kim a "n****r lover" and a "stupid sl*t," she called Kanye, and he proceeded to unleash a Hulk-worthy rage.

Wonder what's going to happen with that? Word on the street is that the alleged victim wants to sue and there are apparently a handful of witnesses...

Nothing mends a broken heart like a killer 'bod! Khloe Kardashian hit up the gym in Hollywood on Tuesday. The 29-year-old has been kicking it into high gear since her marital troubles began, losing a whopping 30 pounds last year. The brunette's hard work is definitely paying off -- Khloe has never looked better!

While we hope that Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has moved on with rumored beau/workout partner Matt Kemp -- the baseball star was nowhere to be found on Tuesday. For her workout, Khloe wore her hair in a high bun and opted for black leggings, black zip up and a baby pink Balenciaga bag.

The reality star has intensified her workout regimen since separating from her husband Lamar Odom. The couple filed for divorce in mid December and listed their $5.5 million Tarzana mansion earlier this month.

Recently, Khloe's mom Kris Jenner opened up about her divorce on the Today show on Thursday.

"It's always tough when one of your kids goes through something like this," she said. "My heart is always with them 150 percent, and Khloe -- it's tough what she's been going through, but we are just doing the best we can."

We are definitely thinking Khloe is being all she can be! Keep up the good work, lady!

On Tuesday the country cutie hit the dance studio for the second time this week, and after that she changed her outfit and stopped by Whole Foods and later Olde Good Things to shop for antiques.

Funny, because back when Taylor and Harry Styles split (seems like forever ago, doesn't it?) there were reports that the One Direction heartbreaker ended things because Tay was "asexual" and "constantly talked about antiques." We're just wondering what Harry will be thinking when she inevitably releases a song about the demise of their relationship...

Though this IS pretty hilarious!

Arnold Schwarzenegger is trying to raise money for after-school fitness programs, so naturally he glued a mustache on his face, slapped a wig on his head and pretended to be an employee at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California.

Arnie attempted to pass himself off as “regional manager Howard Kleiner," but given his trademark Austrian accent and the fact that everything he says to the ladies in the facility comes off as pervy, it was pretty easy to figure out what was really going on.

While helping one woman with her reps, he tells her, “When it burns, it grows," and when she replied that he looked familiar, he added, “Maybe you saw me on the FBI Most Wanted list." From the creepy way the former Terminator star says "Very niiiiiiiice" to the fact that he tells a room full of gals, “I love what I see, and I see what I love," we're not sure how this is at all promoting programs for kids, but anyway!

And our personal fav quote from Arnie is when he tells one man to "stop being a baby, because it's Gold's Gym, not a baby gym!" At least this isn't as awkward as his mini Rio documentary from the 80s or ANY of his interview bites from Pumping Iron...

Reese Witherspoon showed off her the fruits of her workout labor when she donned a snakeskin miniskirt and sweater on Tuesday. After yet another trip to the gym, Reese got pampered at her favorite mani/pedi place, Bellacures, in Brentwood. The Oscar winner then jetted off to a meeting in her sexy lil' outfit.

Reese has been hitting both yoga and Burn 60 in Brentwood on the reg for the past few months. We aren't sure if it's because she is exercising for a role in one of her upcoming films, or if she just got inspired after pics of her bum were splashed all over the Internet when photogs caught the mom of three accidentally flashing her backside last June.

Clearly her gym routine is paying off -- Reese looked great here and absolutely delicious in a stunning, teal Calvin Klein number at the Golden Globes.
